In general the staff at thisTim Horton are all very nice.So yes, do drop in at thisCite Des jeunes Location situated in the small Mall Where there is a Metro grocery store. It's really so pleasant when customers are greeted right away upon arriving with smiling employees.
Been going to this Tim Hortons for a long time. I've always received good service . Sometimes the breakfast potatoes are a little undercooked but oh well Coffee is still good
Edit : they have so much improved that they actually have change and made even improvements on the cleaning side of things. Give them a chance please they are changing for the best.
This is the best tim hortons in gatineau/alymer. The main counter clerk is fully bilingual and very accommodating. The only issue I ever had, was when I went through the drive through and they forgot to add cream to my coffee. Went inside and the correction was made without hesitation and a smile. G

I ordered a sanwich and I was so tired that I fell asleep while waiting for my order. and the young lady give me two sanwiches instead of one because I must have looked pretty tired. great service. would recommend
