Review Tim Hortons - Gatineau

Busy spot.. this morning, anyway... had to go in no way. I was waiting in the drive-through but then inside wasn't any better🤣 Got large tea and apple fritter. Everything is great. Kinda weird that we're in Canada, yet there's parts that don't speak English, I get to freshen up my high-school francais 😉 Took a while as the counter didn't understand my "tea with 2 cream, bag in" order it was quite the ordeal, and it felt special as they called everyone to my attention 🙄🤣🤣🤣🤣 They were all nice and gave me a good experience Filled me to the brim, too merci beaucoup Tim

I love this store, I live around the corner, we are here everyday 2 and sometimes 3 times a day, been visiting for over 5 years, my kid is addicted to the 4 cheese bagel with cream cheese and tomatoes. Today instead of taking the drive through we walked here and order the standard four cheese bagel and was very specific to ask for the cream cheese and tomatoes. The girl placed it on the counter and mumbled something I can’t understand I waited if it was someone else’s because I didn’t know what she said, then tried to ask her if this was mine, but she rudely made sure to ignore me completely, my kid found out that it didn’t have tomatoes, so I went back to double check if it was mine they asked me if I ordered it with tomatoes, my response was absolutely, so she grabbed it out of my hand shuvved tomatoes inside and almost through it in my face. I completely understand if the cashier forgot to punch the tomatoes, I was extremely polite with all but never aeen such rudeness. I love the store everybody has been extremely friendly. I don’t understand her rudeness, I didn’t even ask her to fix it I was just making sure it was actually mine. I don’t think a customer should be treated this bad even if she is having a bad day!

The current regular staff that are working here are amazing. The staff that work at this particular Tim's on Greber are very knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. This is really the only Tim's in Gatineau that you should go to. Keep up the good work.

Nice people around. Tim Hortons is very clean. The bathrooms are clean...It smells good when you enter...its spacious...but there's alot of people in it tho...But I consider this Tim to everyone that likes food and a cozy environment!

The tomato Parmesan soup with bread was excellent at this tim location. The potato wedges were fresh. Order time was like around 6pm.

Tim Horton on Greber is a nice location recently renovated. It is clean. My mobile order is never ready when I arrive. Maybe it is related to Covid-19. I have never done a mobile order to this location before the Covid.

Good place for fast food on the go. Coffee is fine, I prefer it from Starbucks. Staff is friendly. WiFi and washrooms are always available.
