Review Mcdonald's - Gatineau

Not only was there nobody behind the counter to take orders on Sunday the 17th 2019 (despite being open). There was a disgusting cigarette sitting on the food equipment. Just wow. Consistently terrible.

Walked into this McDonald’s to get a coffee while waiting for my car to be looked at. When I walked in the chef was leaning on the grill and the cashier was texting. I waiting 1 min for her to realize a was there and then told her my order. I think she spoke two words to me. Didn’t say hello, thank you, tell em my total or wish me a nice day. Customer service is in need of a overhaul.

Slow service. Opened at 9am, didn't even have their coffee cups stocked, employee at the counter didn't know where they where. All this should be ready before opening. All staff moving very slow. Waited over 20 minutes for my breakfast. Guy at the counter kept wiping his nose with his hands and scratching his head, then serving customers. Luckily the girl gave me my coffee and meal. The place is not kept clean. I saw dirt on surfaces, fries on the floor from the previous day (obviously at 9 am they didn't serve fries) , etc...

I had no choice to put 1 star unfortunately. Horrible place and a catastrophic mc Donald's. I don't know who is the manager but please fire him/her. It's completely amazing how the service is bad. Wait time is unbelievable. This place should close. Please go somewhere else, make the extra drive to go at another McDonald's, anyway it's gonna be faster. Horrible, close this place!

Been there 4 times in the last 6 months and the first visit I only bought 2 coffees and it took 22 minutes. The second visit the kiosk had no printer paper and orders took forever. There was a crowd of people standing around complaining while staff lazily scrambled around. Two drive through visits and orders we're wrong both times. One time i asked for some mayo they reassured me it was in the bag before I drove off, it was not. The last visit I ordered a large size fry and and received a medium. Worst McDonald's I been to in Ottawa/Gatineau.

I got to the Drivre through (keyword here is DRIVE THROUGH)! That also implies that I am in hurry. I placed my order, the line of cars was huge! I picked up my order and left. When I got home, my 2 kids meals were missing half if it, no straws for their drinks, I was also missing a straw for my drink and my "large" fry was not even half filled. Seriously, all you guys to do is fill bags with orders... It's called Drivre through, it is kind of expected that all "tools" will be included in my package. Come on!!!! Please don't give Nuclear codes to these people!!!! You even take the time to ask me what kind of sauce my kids want in their happy meal... and surprise surprise, they are not in the boxes!!!!!!!!

Waited 20mins for a chicken burger. First the cashier forgot my drink, I had to remind it was to go twice, they forgot my burger and I had to remind after 10mins, then she proceeded to forget to give me fries. Would be faster if you buy ingredients and a propane stove at walmart set it up in front of the cashier and cook your own burger.

Can't put mayo on a burger had a meeting at 9:30 pm there's about a dozen or more people on the floor no one doing anything everyone yapping .. Manager can barely grasp control of people working. Horribly managed couldn't even get fresh fries 👎 0/ star.. Pas capable rien icite apparently
