I’m doing deliveries and every time I come at the store after 9 P.M., they are closing the doors and they are making me wait outside until I get my order (raining or not). We usually wait in between 30-60 minutes for the smallest orders

This location has been inefficient and bad for a while now but today they crossed the line. I ordered a curb side pick up where the employee brings it to your car. The employee brought out the food while holding and smoking a cigarette! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behavior.
