Review Pizza Hut Gatineau - Gatineau

We have been going to the "new" Pizza Hut for many months now and are super satisfied with the quality of the pizza and service. They are always busy, Friday evenings are popular, and always have a smile on their faces. Its lovely to see them all working together and laughing. Even if there is an issue with an order, they fix it without hesitation and with respect!!.. Great Job team !!

I order from here quite often, the pizza is always hot and delicious. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal!

It was so much better when it used to be a dine-in restaurant with a pizza, pasta, breadstick and ice cream buffet... I miss those pre-covid days. But the deep dish pan pizza is still deliciously crunchy and warm.

Pros: 1. It's the only deep dish pizza I like. 2. Quality ingredients 3. Never had a mistake made in any of my orders. 4. The triple box is great value, and very enjoyable. 5. The employees are professional. Cons: 1. "Extra cheese" is really just normal cheese compared to the competition (or maybe 10%-20% more). 2. They don't deliver to the east end.

We ordered the 3 pizza Combo with the Chocolate Chip Cookies !!!!! OMG !!!!! THE CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES WAS SOOOO GOOD!!! ALL WARM AND MELTS IN YOUR MOUTH

When I didn’t have any electricity yesterday I thought it was over for my partner who hasn’t eaten since 11am (it was 8pm at the time) but Pizza Hut managed to save our lives. Although the delivery was a little longer than anticipated, I didn’t mind as the roads were dangerous and it was difficult seeing my house number with no lights in the street. The delivery person was so sweet and there were no problems with our order. I don’t usually order Pizza Hut but they’ve earned themselves a customer.

Excellent pizza, but comes at a premium price. Cost me about 40$ after taxes for one pizza...

The staff at this Pizza Hut are excellent. It is one of the busiest "Hut's" I've encountered, and the pizza is always hot, cooked properly, and ready for pickup when it is supposed to be ready. No change in service since they shifted locations to the adjacent plaza.

I asked them if they could make a heart shaped pizza for my partner and I 3rd anniversary and they totally went above and beyond ! They even wrote Happy anniversary in the box, my partner was surprised and thought it was super cute. The customer service was great and the food got here hot and earlier than expected. Delicious too! 👌

Pizza Hut has finally improved their menu to the point where I would eat it more often. They did however downsized their restaurant.

They always get the order right! Delicious original recipes.

I'm not sure how indicative my experience was compared to pre-Covid-19 but I have to say that the service was excellent.I ordered at the counter and ordered the "buy a large and get the other 3 mediums at $5 a piece". They only offered take out and delivery due to Covid-19. I told the clerk that I would be outside while I waited. 15-20 minutes later the clerk walked out with my order in hand and brought it to me. I went back in to give him a tip. I would definitely go back to this franchise if service is always as good as this.

I ordered this deal online, $34.99 with 2 medium pizzas, 8 chicken bites, 5 breadsticks, and 8" Hershey's chocolate chip cookies. Was shopping on the other side of the road and 40 minutes late. Walked into pickup area, no one was there. I heard 2 staff members talking in there, so I asked "excuse me"... no response, they kept talking. Not far away... I kept shouting "Hello"... they didn't hear and were talking and walked away to open a big door inside. I escalated my voice for another minute, then one staff heard and came. She was polite and friendly. Keeping my order hot. Thanks for their service!

In Canada, you can go for the Classic, the Multigrain, the Thin N’ Crispy, the Pan or the Stuffed Crust. No matter which one you choose, you will get a nice shiny finish, thanks to the mystery green spray can they use right before bringing you the pizza.<br/> <br/>At any rate, we felt that the Classic was probably the best choice, but figured we might as well go big or go home. We chose the Stuffed Crust. I’ve never had it and figured I should try it before I could then go on to explore deeper into outerspizza and sample the likes of Ultimate Stuffed Crust, the Cheesy Bites Crust, the Cheeseburger Crust or even the Hot Dog Stuffed Crust…
