Review 1 For 1 Pizza - Gatineau

Pizza had too much sauce. They also had a picture showing pizza with pepperoni on top of the cheese, which is a must for me, but when it arrived it was under. Also ordered chicken strips, 6 for $9.00 and they were literally the size of thumb. Never seen chicken strips that small. The poutine was the only thing decent for a pizza place. Won’t order again.

i went there yesterday with 2 friends. we ordered our pizza and sat down. 1 hour went by and we still didn't get our pizza. 3 employees stared at us and one of them asked us what we were doing there. we said that we ordered a pizza one hour ago. so the man asked us what type it was and he said it was ready 40 minutes ago. so that was pretty bad but also the place is very dirty. under a table was a big spiderweb and a alive spider. plus, in the corner of the ceiling was a big orange and black spider. for proof i put 2 pictures. but for the spider on the ceiling it looks like a black spot because of my poor quality on my phones camera.

Staff doesn't really care about their customers. When you ask a Pizza with bacon, they don't put real bacon but ham. That's something you need to keep in mind when going there. Last time a ordered there, Saturday night, pizza wasn't well cook and was burnt as well. I ask for bacon but first them, bacon is ham.. Overall, my latest experience there were horrible.

While the staff is friendly, I have to give 1 star because of cleanliness. Two employees handled the cash register and went back to preparing food, without washing their hands (and they do not wear gloves). The pizza was not properly cut and the crust had to support to hold the toppings. Very disappointed as there are already limited halal restaurants in Aylmer.

I've been a customer for a long time and, I'm not the kind of person who'll take time to write this kind of stuff. But, last time I ordered there is officially the last time I'm ever going back to this place. At the delivery, the machine for the payment wasn't working, the person, which I think is the owner, made me wait as we tried again and again, made me go on my front lawn to see if we could get any luck with the signal reception. I had to suggest that we stop it there, as my pizza was getting cold, so we agreed that he'd come back the next day so I can pay him. The next day, I wait for him at the exact time that we had scheduled, never showed up. Three or four days later (today, Friday at 6:30pm, just came back from work) he calls me to see if I'm available for him to come pick up the money. I proceed to tell him that I've waited for him at the initially scheduled time and that at this point, it is his responsibility to assume the payment. I've owned a small business, and if I were to make a mistake like that I wouldn't be calling back for my money 3-4 days later. Instead of apologizing for not showing up, and asking if I could understand the reason why (which he never explained) he decided to rant about it not being his fault that the machine wasn't functional, without ever mentioning the fact that he didn't show up when he should've. That's a loser's attitude, you're supposed to represent something bigger than yourself.

I would love to rate the quality of pizza, but never did get to taste it. Order around 7:30pm on a Monday with an apparent 45 minute wait (which you are only told after your order is placed and confirmed). I figured that was the max wait time like other pizza places state. After 50 mins, I called for an update to see how much longer. The customer service rep said pizza is on its way but cannot tell me how long. I asked if it was too late to cancel as everyone was now beyond hungry and tired of waiting. Her response, "you can cancel but the food will just go to waste because we throw it out". Feeling guilty, I said I would wait a little longer. (Great customer service, by the way). After more than an hour, I called back to cancel and there was no apology or offer of an explanation just "ok, its cancelled". Then about 5 mins later the poor delivery guy shows up as we are headed to bed, giving up on supper for the night. Unfortunately, we had to turn him away ( he thankfully was polite and apologized stating a "big rush" around the same time we called). I can understand a long wait around the supper hour or weekends or even near closing, but more than an hour wait when I live less than 10 mins away and it is late in the evening on a Monday? I used to love thia place, but haven't ordered there in years. I will be hesitant to order again.

I mean, it's pizza and it's cheap... and there's a fair amount of options, even vegan. Good drunk food for sure, lol and they deliver so that's definitely a bonus. I like their regular pizza a lot better than pizza pizza, but their vegan pizza isn't the best. Overall, you get what you pay for, and sometimes you pay for 1 for 1!

Guy who took our order didn’t even let us speak. Kept cutting us off, telling us to wait. Told me I had no patience because he would ask me a question, and then cut me off. Finally just hung up on them. Don’t waste your time ordering from here, get a much better pizza, with much better customer service from Gabriel’s pizza across the street.

False advertising. I was told the special is not what I could get
