Such a little gem of a restaurant. I always order the same thing because it so constantly delicious. I recommend the vegetable and chicken spring rolls, the vegetable spring rolls with peanut sauce and the chicken rice noodle soup (pho). The broth has so much depth and flavor and the vegetables are always fresh. Great week day dinner.
When looking for comfort, I highly recommend this restaurant. The food and the owners will bring a smile to your face. Koi at the cash/service is such a joy to speak with- it feels as if she is welcoming you into her home. Such a beautiful sense of humour and the food is excellent- beef and crispy noodles. We are very grateful to have found this sanctuary.
I ordered delivery for the lemongrass chicken pho because I have a bit of a cold. The soup arrived hot and the noodle to broth ratio was great. The chicken was good quality cut nice and thin and the broth was spicy and flavourful. I have a peanut allergy which I made a note of and they accomodated with no issues. This was my first time ordering from here and I definitely will again! The only reason I didn't rate 5 star was because I would have liked a bit more herbs or vegetables in it. There was a lot of Bok Choy with green onions and chicken, but there was no vegetables or herbs which would have made it the perfect dish! :)

Great customer service - haven't felt this level of hospitality in a while, was refreshing. The food was amazing quality and hefty proportions. Owner recommended the very spicy sauce, try it - incredibly spicy but worth the dip
The pho broth is kind of sweet. My boys love pho and they devoured their share of the large bowl we ordered.

Ordered takeout. Everything tasted delicious and fresh, order was accurate and came with your typical Pho ingredients. Only complaint is that price to portion ratio is a little off (13$ for a Medium--most size Large bowls are 11-12$ in Ottawa). Also ordered extra meat and it looked like a pretty standard portion...
Very good considering the area. I've been spoiled with choice in other cities. So I'm a little picky. I like the flavour of the pho broth. It comes with all the fixings! The scallops dish not great, super pricey and scallops cut into pieces! We had an issue with another dish.... when I called the restaurant Thoa was very friendly. She offered a free replacement dish on my next order. I went through a delivery service so was skeptical that I would be credited... but she said to call once I've placed my next order and she will add my free meal. Overall would recommend.
EDIT a month later (my next order): Thoa is a woman of her word! I have placed an order and received my replacement meal. Crispy beef noodles. They're delicious as are the cold rolls and pho. Food is great, customer service is fantastic. I highly recommend this local gem :)
