We stopped through looking for classic poutine on our way home from a weekend away - so glad I found this place! Everything was made fresh right in front of us, the prices are unbeatable, and the poutine and burger were delicious.
Neighborhood restaurant from my childhood! First visit in past 10 years, place hasn't changed much except for Rachel who has retired after 40+ years working there!
Classic fares: poutine, burgers, hot dogs, etc. Fries didn't taste as sweet as before. Reasonable prices, friendly service. Could use
Great poutine. The best in the area. Hot dogs are good too, love the way they use shredded cabbage as a topping.

First time here, and legitimate the only poutine I will remember. They had me at the cheddar tasting curds (not rubber) !

Great spot for a fast yummy poutine. No seating apart from the picnic tables outside but they are open year round.
Now this is the way poutine is supposed to be. I've read that the cheese curds in quality poutine are supposed to squeek when you bite into them and I didn't know what they were talking about. I've only had really soft cheese curds from Ontario poutine before that turn to mush once the gravy hits it
Delicious poutine and generous portions. Great value! The lady I spoke to was bilingual and very friendly. The only negative point is the sub par cleanliness/hygiene.
