Review Sushigo - Gatineau

This restaurant is very messy and unkempt. Staff seem oppressed. They use the restaurant like a storage room for old furniture and napkins. Food was fine. There were no pre-made available had to order custom. It was fine like any other sushi go

They know how to make some good sushi.

Today was my fifth time ordering from here and felt I needed to come give it 5 stars. I was shocked to see so many bad reviews. Our food has always been fresh, big portions and delicious. I was especially happy today because I ordered directly from resto zone and when I called to confirm my order and ask how long it will take, the girl who answered was so kind. Also, she had originally told me come pick it up at 7:50 She then called me back 25 minutes early and told me it was ready, we really appreciate it! 5 stars all around!

The food is great! We order from this place many times a year when we want sushi. We never eat there, I find the ambiance a bit cold. A bit too pricey even for sushi. Love the salmon tartare rolls! When they are just made, the tempura is so crispy and yummy. The service is okay from what I've seen so far.

Ma femme aime beaucoup Sushi go, et elle vente beaucoup ce petit restaurant. Malgré le fait que j'y étais jamais allé, j'ai pris son mot au sérieux et j'ai apporté mon beau-frère pour dîner. Probablement le pire restaurant a sushi que je suis aller. Jai commandé 4 sashimis de saumon et 12 hosomakis aux avocats au prix de 23$ avec taxes. J'ai été très décu de voir qu'il me manquait non seulement 2 sashimis a ma commande, mais les sashimis etaient complètement gelé et il m'en manquait 2. J'ai interpellé la dame au comptoire et la fait remarqué qu'il me manque 2 sashimis et que ceux-ci sont complètement gelé. Elle me dit non vous en avez commandé 2 et me dit non ils sont pas gelé. Alors voyant que celle-ci m'ignorait complètement, j'ai quitté. Les Hosomakis etaient excellent, mais les sashimis...complètement gelé, alors je les ai jetté. Alors pour 23$, avec taxes, jai eu 12 hosomakis, 2 sashimis gelé et il en manquait 2 sans compter le mauvais service. Je n'y retournerai jamais et ma femme non plus qui etait très bonne cliente.

Go if you're not hungry.. I arrived at Sushi Go at 3:50pm on a Wednesday and made my order at around 3:55pm (4 dynamite rolls) I was the only one at the restaurant... I waited 30 mins for my order.... never going back there again.

Never going back. The food is awesome, but the service is less than satisfactory! I went to pick up a late lunch on a quiet Friday afternoon, and told the cashier that I was going to be waiting there for my order. I took a seat in the corner of the restaurant and I waited. A few minutes after I placed my order, a friend (or maybe it was a co-worker? ) of the cashier came in and they went into the back portion which I assume is the kitchen part of the restaurant. A few minutes after that, the cook joined them. The three of them spent the next 15-20 minutes socializing loudly, and then the cook came back out. The cashier followed a few minutes later (by this time, I had been waiting inthe resturant 30 minutes) and saw me sitting there, looked at the counter where my order was ready and had been ready for quite some time. I heard her ask the cook if the order had been ready for more than 20 minutes to which he replied "yes". I then approached the counter and asked if my order was ready, and if it had been ready for a while? The cashier said yes. No apology for the poor customer service, and no apology for making me wait unnecessarily over 20 minutes while my sushi was sitting out on the counter. <br/>I will never be going back to this Sushi Go, and will never recommend it to anyone.

Sushi go - au moins une fois semaine!. C'est toujours bon chez sushi go et pour y aller au moins une fois par semaine, la nourriture est toujours d'égale qualité. Établissement bien tenu, propre et très bon service.

Bouffe honnête. Personnel courtois.
