Update for the 2 Tim on St-Joseph. Service is terrible. Order all wrong. People just don't care. When you have to go from drive through back inside 2 time to get a bagle right, this is a problem. AND not just once. 3 time in the last 6 visit..

Drive thru was a bit slow. If you want or need napkins, you are required to ask. One would think that they would be provided with all orders, but especially food orders.

The service there is quite nice, usually very fast and the people working there are friendly. Some products are sometimes missing, but they always try to arrange something for you in that case. If you become a regular client there, they will quickly recognize you and even prepare your order as soon as you enter the restaurant or order via the drive thru, which is really nice and convenient.

Very confused staff. To their credit, it was busy both outside and inside. Two clerks I could see didn't seem stressed, concerned nor working any harder or faster. New staff??? Culture???? The only one I saw running around I suspect was the manager. One of the RARE times I was dissapointed in service. Took well over 5 min for coffee and egg/sausage on a bun....before 10am so order was not unusual. Pick it up guys

Minor issue with my order. However, manager followed-up quickly and resolved my issue. Very thankful for their service as we all make mistakes.

This place has been renovated and it looks better now, the service is fast and I cannot complaint about the service but it was at night when I went.
