So busy Every day of the week, you should wait on the line, but the reason is, because this restaurant has a good service and nice food. You can also bring your wine. Good place to have birthday gathering. A bit noisy. Best time its at 8:00 pm. The kitchen closed 8:15 as server said. They dont get new orders after 8:15pm.
A regular spot that my mom and I come for our date nights - and we love it ! We are creatures of habit and always seem to get the same thing; tzatziki as the appetizer and the chicken brochette as our mains. The chicken is always cooked so perfectly!
The restaurant itself is always so busy but that’s not surprising as the food is excellent. It’s also bring your own wine (no corking fee) and if you forget to bring a bottle, the SAQ is right next door !
Love love love This place! I’ve been coming to this restaurant over the years and they had renovated a few years back. Today the resto is open, inviting, modern and chic
I’ve always enjoyed Greek food. I have been coming to this establishment for years While the original on Vieux Duluth street was in full swing!!! Over the years, they modernized and adapted and thrived.
Now a newly revised version in Gatineau. We were a group of ladies….. brought our own wines to start the chit chat and greetings!! Service was friends and bilingual. The restaurant was fully booked at 5:30 pm with long line up waiting on stand by. Fortunately we had a reservation set in advance to avoid wait.
Table d’hôte ( set menu) at + $10 deal is great!!! You get a soup / coffee / dessert for just $10 more to the main plat!!! Awesome deal!!!! Not to mention bring your own booze so it really stretches the evening with minimum $$.
To note: while the venue is modern and chic, the noise level is quite high with a lot of echoes….. gets worse when the restaurant is full. So definitely NOT for those looking for a private romantic evening.
Tip: ask for BOOTH seats if you want some intimacy or more comfortable seating. They can accommodate that as long as there is availability.
Very busy. Recommended to make reservations ahead of time. It is a loud restaurant but the food is usually good and the portions are great for the price. A family and friends favorite. You can bring your own wine and there is an SAQ conveniently next to the restaurant.
Something that is very important to me when it comes to a good restaurant is consistency. The first time my family and I dined here the food was great but the second time the potatoes were dry and seemed old. We only notified our waiter at the end to which he informed us that we should’ve told him sooner so that he could’ve gave us new potatoes. However, after already waiting for the meal we were hungry and did not want to wait again. Despite this, the service is very good.
Vieux Duluth, it is what it is... We had a craving and it didn't disappoint. Same quality, same good taste and good efficient service.
This is my favourite restaurant for my birthday because the food is always amazing! The plates are loaded with food, and I always have leftovers. The honey mustard chicken is what I've been ordering for a long time, I highly recommend it.
It's a Quebec staple, the food is good, the portions are (very) large.
Perfect as usual! Food was excellent, service was super nice and friendly. We love this place!
A wide menu with generous portions. Bring your own wine. Meals, include house salad, rice and roasted potatoes. Main dishes start at $16.95.
Great place for a group. Bringing your wine is a nice touch. Big plates. A bit loud is my only not so positive point.
The meal was excellent like always!!
Had the beef steak. Was delicious and hot.
If your desire is great food, impeccable service this is the place.we have been coming here for years and have never been disappointed, so if you liked it the first time, please expect the same each time.
