Review Lyna Le Sushi - Gatineau

Robert Dufort
This place looks like a snack bar (Lyna) but the food was so good and the service went the extra mile with the sushi chef making suggestions was a hit. Thank you for making this a go to sushi restaurant for us. We will go back and try their other restaurant next door (Tobiko) same food but classier setting.

Every time I go there it always the same perfect food and super great service, always clean there and always satisfied with my order I recommend this place to a lot of people that like sushi.

Great reception. Greeting was brief but sincere. Warm and cozy feeling. Staff were friendly and responsive. Food was A1 quality and server (although young and inexperienced, my assumption) was very courteous and accommodating. She was very knowledgeable and knew what to recommend with being excessively money greedy. Will definitely be back as this first time experiencing korean bbq was with my children who are the most picky eaters I know. Great job to the whole team and on staff.

Changing my score from 2 to 5 star. I was very disappointed with the all you can eat four years ago. I decided to give them another chance using UberEats. I've ordered the chefs 46 pc platter four times in the last two weeks and both me and the wife have been extremely satisfied.

ordered takeout. The spider roll and spicy shrimp is good. Just make sure they give you soy sauce if you don't have any at home. Taro bubble milk tea is a hit or miss.

Good sushi, disappointed that they dont have miso soup or edamame on the menu.

Best sushi in town hands down. We have been getting consistently great meals over the past year at this place. Fish is fresh and rice is often still hot from the recent preparation. I would argue it is one of the best places in Ottawa/Gatineau. It is not cheap but well worth every dollar. Will continue to encourage this local business!

I went during summerlicious, so the set menu sounded better than it tasted. The staff was kind, but we have 5 different people see us at the table, a little lack of consistency. However, they were very accommodating to vegetarians. The salad was more delicious than the chickpea main, delicious but there was that little "oomph" that was missing.
