Best in town. Croissant are delightful. Congolais, are delicious. Coffe is great and inexpensive. Service is fast. Would be nice to have place to seat.
Little place in Aylmer, offering the best bread you can find. We have tried the onion-cheddar, raisin, tuscan, chocolatinnes, scones, pizza, etc. And we haven't been disappointed. They are so good that on Sundays (raisin bread day) there is a line up before they open!!!
Gotta get here on the weekend. Best raisin bread.... Sunday only. Which is good for my waistline. Great pizza with fresh and unique ingredients. Cant miss spot.
Everything is good! The pizza though.. Sooo yummy!
~DELICIOUS~. We have tried the croissants, and bread. The bread was excellent quality and I loved the flavour. I can't wait to try the spelt and kamut. We definitely will be back.
It is also a nice spot to stop while biking to Alymer. Staff were very helpful:))
Someone said their croissant is amazing, so we came to get a croissant and a cinnamon bun. The croissant is not a buttery croissant. It’s more like a light bread. Cinnamon bun was good. It’s nice to have a local bakery and be able to get fresh baked bread and pastries though.
As a European, I'm so happy to have finally found a bakery, which can compete with our European bread. Absolutely delicious. Their sour dough bread with walnuts is a must try! Amazing 👌🏻
Their croissants were amazing... Coffee was not good at all. Don't do it
The best bread for my weekend breakfast. I am a subscriber to their baguette :)
Love this bakery! Beautiful array of breads, the Pain de Sophie is a family favourite. Warm atmosphere. And they have one gluten-free option - a luxurious macaroon.
I regret coming here on a Saturday. I got a loaf of their whole wheat sourdough and two salami-like dry sausages in the early afternoon, and I devoured it over the next 24 hours with butter and cheese. It was absolutely delicious, the sourdough tasting tangy and salty and chewy in all the right ways. The dry sausage has so much flavour, and is made with fermented pork. Now, the reason I regret coming on Saturday is that when I had finished the bread on Sunday, they were closed. And they're closed Monday and Tuesday. Wednesday can't come fast enough!
It has a varied selection of interesting and delicious baked goods and the bread itself is good, although it has a distinctive aftertaste that I can't pinpoint the origin of (maybe the type of flour used?)
Ordered Chocolate and Almond Croissants, they tasted great, the right amount of chocolate and almond. But Croissants had significant butter in them, not the bad butter but the good one. May be this is what makes them standout. I also ordered Aux pains Olives (olive bread), it's also amazing. I would recommend this Bakery to everyone who is looking for a delicious treat. Just be aware that in covid era, only 3 people allowed inside, so there is some line up outside the store.
I just got home with a Sesame seeds on the outside, and I think sunflower seed on the inside, whole wheat loaf and it is I think the most delicious bread I ever tasted. It was warm still and had such a nice aroma in the car that I needed to tear into it right away! Once home, I had some more, toasted and topped with almond butter. Great bakery and worth the visit! I'll be back! Keep up the great baking!
I’m in love with this new bakery… 20/10.
Just go and try it it is so good and their pizza all vegetarian but you can’t tell.
