Fist time I've eaten at Winners Restaurant since the Jubilee closed. Excellent food and the prices are very reasonable. Highly recommend.

Joe, formally operated Jubilee restaurant and buffet, now has assumed Winners on the NbEx grounds. Friendly and happy to please you, the food is just plain good Chinese food, and quite reasonable. It'd be nice to see the restaurant expand, as it is small, hopefully it will :)

The food here is amazing. I ordered the Pacific Combo and the Moo Goo Guy Pan was just amazing. Super flavourful. The honey garlic ribs were also awesome. Just everything was full of flavour I will be returning soon.

Food was very tasty. One of the first times I have eaten beef and brocolli where the brocolli was perfectly cooked. Owner is pretty quiet, but he seems like a nice man.
Got through quickly decent food, properly packaged, nicely priced. You should definitely check out the menu.
I really like winners. I wouldn't eat there the dining room is too small and it's really cramped but it's great for takeout and quick and yummy.
