Review Freddy's Waffle Station - Fredericton

My mini me does not like cake or anything like it. She won't eat pancakes. We have been to the Belgium Waffle and she hates those waffles. However, I took her here and she ate more than half and then the rest at home! I love it here! Crispy and soft from savory to sweet! I love my nutella banana strawberry with whipped cream and chocolate drizzle waffle. It is heaven.

Interesting and delightful place to have any time treat. All you have never imagine to eat with your waffle here all the exotic combinations are delicious a must go downtown

Absolutely delicious! Can't wait to go back and try their other offerings. They have savoury and sweet depending on what mood you might be in.

The half waffle with berry mix made a lovely treat for an early breakfast! I'd recommend getting it without syrup, since the fruit provides plenty of sweetness.

The only thing that would improve the rating for me, is table service. When I go out to eat somewhere, I strongly prefer to have a waiter or waitress bring me my meal. It seems they may be a little too under-staffed to provide that kind of thing, however. Despite that, the person working the counter was very courteous and friendly. The wait was not too long, as we (my partner and I) went in at a time where they were not particularly busy. As for the food itself (which really is the important part!) I would give a solid thumbs up. We'll be returning. The waffles range from savory to sweet, with customizable toppings as well, so there's a little something for every craving. Crispy, yet soft, and Goldilocks-like portions for most. Price range was mid, but honestly, certainly worth what you got!

Even something as simple as the breakfast waffle has a lot of surprising and unusual flavours, and is very well balanced. The eggs were cooked perfectly. Great place overall, can't figure out why it isn't more packed over lunch.

I’ve been wanting to try this place for awhile now and recently got the chance. I absolutely loved my breakfast, as I’ve got quite the sweet tooth. I had the strawberry creme brûlée waffle and it was absolutely delicious- they even torched sugar on top to make that classic creme brûlée crunch! Next time I’m definitely going to try the Belgian berry waffle as it looked amazing as well �

My husband and I discovered the Waffle Station last year and it became a weekly Saturday morning ritual! Since we’ve moved out of Canada, I’ve tried to recreate this delicious meal but have never even come close to it! I’m coming back to NB for a visit at the end of April and will be heading over to Fredericton for a day not only to visit some friends, but also so I can go back to the Waffle Station for a delicious Breakfast Waffle! �

The food is extraordinary and the people are delightful this place is hands down one of my favourites and now my son's as well!

Tried this place for the first time today and it was spectacular! Wonderful atmosphere and the food! Sooo amazing! Will totally be back for more soon!

We shared the breakfast waffle and the one with the fruit and they were both delightful! But my favourite was the breakfast one I love eggs, bacon and cheese lol

Absolutely delicious!!! The preparation was excellent. I actually ate it slowly because I didn't want each bite to end. The waffles are fresh. The poached egg was PERFECT. I couldn't believe how delicious kale, bacon and cheese was when baked inside the waffle. You have to go there and try it out to believe it.

Just went for the first time. Fantastic and quick service, awesome dishes. Couldnt have had a better meal.

Service was fast, staff are friendly. Will definitely be back!
