Review Byblos - Fredericton

Andrew N. Byrne
A very nice spot with great service. I went here with a group for lunch and sat outside. The Hummus was some of the best I've had in the city of not the best. The Falafel Bowl was an interesting dish that I've never had before. Basically a poke bowl, but for falafel and crispy pita. Quite tasty overall, the Falafel had such an excellent crunch to it and I devoured the whole dish. I'll have to go back for dinner and try more of their food soon.

Had a great experience at this restaurant. The most authentic place I have been to in Fredericton. If you are looking for large portions full of flavour this is the place to go. Recommend call ahead for reservations during normal eating times. I was lucky enough to be able to squeeze in. Good selection of food and drink. Seems to be a popular place for takeout with the constant dilivery people in and out. Definitely will come again when I get a craving for shwarma.

Fantastic! We had the Byblos sharing plate for two. The hummus is one of the best I've ever had and the grape leaves were GOAT. Everything was delicious and the staff were extremely courteous, friendly and helpful. Homemade and heavenly!

I had tried both traditional and normal chicken shawarma here but really did not get the authentic taste of a shawarma. It felt like normal chicken wrap. Chicken Tawook was good. Restaurant is in a good location and have outdoor dining which is really nice.

Byblos is my favourite restaurant in Fredericton, and it is a great option for delicious take out! We have ordered plenty of different items off the menu and have never been disappointed. Highly recommend the chicken shawarma plate with fattoush salad!

Very delicious and ingredients are fresh. Heavy on the lemon in dressing though.

Quaint authentic Mediterranean Lebanese dining I Queen St in downtown Fredericton. Great, friendly service; great pricing and more importantly, delicious, well prepared food. You will not leave hungry. A definite restaurant to go back to

It's definitely worth going to experience. The food is very fresh and authentic well seasoned and garnished. Everything was so good. Nothing that they served me was bad and that's quite rare. It is on the pricy side of things but it's worth every penny. I would try the Knafeh dessert.
