Asked for a new bagel as mine was pretty chard. Was told that's how our toaster makes them. They didn't want to make me a new one.
My partners bagel wasn't as bad thou.

This Tim's is in the best location possible for downtown Fredericton. The lines go in both directions as well so even when it is lined up on both sides, they often go quite swiftly.
Their selection for baked goods here keeps getting better as well. We were impressed with their summer selections.
Consider going to this location if you're looking for easy access and swift service.

This place has been garbage lately. They close the dining room almost every second day without updating anywhere. So walkers effectively can't rely on this place being open. Yesterday I went in before work, as I do everyday, and it was 10:45pm. I watched the guy leave and the store was locked up without any indication it was closed. I think it's time I find a new place for coffee since you can't maintain your business.

Waited over 20 minutes just to be told that they were out of an item. They took my order before checking and were needlessly mean. There were more than enough staff there and yet lines barely moved.

Not a bad Tim Hortons. Service was fast and satisfying. Not much els to say about this Tim Hortons as its just like any other it servers the same items as every other tim hortons i have been to.

They have a new donut called New York cream cheese donut and it does not look like it does in the picture and it does not taste good at all. Customer service was very slow they forgot to give us our drinks and they didn't even cut our bagel properly. Bite the donut does not look like anyting the picture does and it tastes horrible

I ordered a small dk roast $1.20. Gave $20 bill. I was given a medium and was short changed $5.00. Unfortunately wasn't paying attention and didn't realize until I got home.

Homes in the drive through big enough to loose your car in. This place does not care. They make thousands a day and cannot even fix their driveway
