Review Tim Hortons - Fredericton

Good Tims place. Staff are very nice and professional. Seats are decently clean as well.

My mom and I decided to have some breakfast and we had a coupon for 2 can dine breakfast for 8.99$ on our phone but didn’t know how to redeem it. We showed the cashier the coupon on our phone and the cashier told us that we have to simply scan it. She asked what type of sandwich we wanted and the drinks. After we got our order, we realized that we didn’t get our hash brown and I approached one of the workers who was preparing the sandwiches and told her we didn’t get our hash brown and she tried to me that I grabbed the wrong order. After being annoyed by the situation I took the phone and showed her the coupon/ order history. She then rolled her eyes and told me she didn’t have time to see this because she’s too busy and told me to wait at line. My mom waited 10 minutes at the big line and finally got the chance to talk with the cashier that took our order. The he cashier then told her that my mom never told her she wanted hash browns so she can’t give it to us. What makes this experience so frustrating is not only that we have the receipt/ order history that clear shows we were charged for something we did not get, the cashier even look less at the coupon before taking order, and the other worker who didn’t even bother to help, but tried to say I was the one responsible for taking someone else’s order. Moreover, as we were eating our breakfast without the hash brown, we heard the two workers talking to each other loud about how they didn’t want to “deal with” me and simply ignored me. Never had problems ordering things at this store but whoever the workers that were working February 19, 11AM should seriously have a conversation with whoever is in higher authority with. We certainly will be contacted cooperate about this. At this point, it’s not even about hash browns but the terrible attitude and disrespect we received from the workers. The food was good though.

So I get at least one French vanilla cold brew a day...best cold beverage out there...prospect st. Tim Hortons drive thru staff needs training. I got an iced coffee...very bland, by the way...and they are trying to say they are giving me what I order, a fv cold brew. I just paid for my drink and got something I never ordered that was at a lesser price. Not impressed at all. And to top off the lovely experience, they had the nerve to talk down to me and treat me like I didn't know what I ordered. Monday ,June 13th @ 5:05pm

The Borden Tim Hortons is a great and fantastic place to buy coffee tea donuts muffins and there and there is a Esso Service Station there and the staff is friendly and helpful in both places too

At 6 am July 10th they didn’t open the door for me and my brother. We drove from Toronto to there and we needed fresh coffee but…..

Some of the staff was unfriendly and disrespectful. Orders were wrong, definitely not a good place to stop.

Consistently great coffee at a great price. Nicely laid out, fast service, clean Friendly staff. Their food is also very good.

My boyfriend ordered a large iced cap and was given an ice coffee. He politely told the employee there that he asked for an ice cap and not an ice coffee, but was met back with "well that's what our screen says" and was refused the right drink he ordered. If a customer is given the wrong drink because you misheard them, that is your fault, and it is on you as an employee to give the customer what they payed for. Also, Tim Hortons doesnt give receipts or even offer them. What is up with that?
