Pretty good customer service, but forget the odd thing or two like sauces sometimes. They accidentally gave me a bacon poutine instead of a normal poutine, they reimbursed me for the mistake, but I'm a little concerned that this is what passes for bacon. It's basically inedible. 😬

Driveway was extremely lined up so I went inside. I received some of the best service I've had in fast food in a long time. Food took less than 5 minutes to get for all 4 of us and was extremely fresh. Was definitely impressed.

I suggest hoing to the other location in Fredericton. Staff was disoriented unaccommodating and unfriendly.
Took way too long to order as the attendant was extremely confused by each menu item.
After receiving the order I received a burnt black coffee after asking for a 2 cream and 2 sugar.

Great quality of food here. Sometimes at fast food establishments you can find that there have been fries left out for a while but not here.
The fried food tastes pretty fresh and the sandwiches are packaged with care.
Only downside is that we often find there is quite a lineup here.
Being the only Wendy's uptown Fredericton though it's no surprise.

As usual it’s great. Except the lineup in the drive-through tends to be long. Can’t go into the restaurant even though Covid restrictions are less. But the food is always good. Especially the junior bacon cheeseburgers. Or as they call the JBC. And the fries are very good. Let’s not forget the Frosty’s. Prices are pretty good compared to others

The line for the drive-thru can get quite long at times but the service is always quick. Orders are accurate, staff friendly, and food hot.
Still waiting for the dining room to open so we can go in to see order.

Showed up at 7 to order breakfast and was told no staff were there to make my order and I should come back in 10 mins. I understand things happen but the tone that the person used was very disrespectful. Learn to talk to people and they will be more understanding!!!

Still my favorite fast food place. I love the sound baconator meal. Better value than McDonalds! McD's medium is like a Wendy's small. Wendy's sizes for drinks is much better.
