The we had the Beef Bibimbap and a Spicy Salmon roll.
The beef Bibimbap was spot on. Even proportions of beef veggies and a nice sunny side egg on top. I added the spicy red sauce on top to make it nearly perfect. The meal was filling and tasty.

Food and service were excellent! Got the jeyuk deopbap. Everything was cooked perfectly and well before his estimate of 15 mins. This is truly a hidden gem in fredericton if you like Korean food!
