Review Rotisserie St-hubert - Fredericton

I was excited when I found a St Hubert restaurant. It has been 40 yrs, since I had St Hubert chicken when they use to have a store in Edmonton Ab. The staffs were aweful. An order taker was busy and called out to another staff to take our order. A young lady came out from the back and saw us and said: "I'm not going to run back and forth all day" then went back to the kitchen. Finally another girl came out and took our order. She wasn't friendly either. She took our order without a smile, no thank you nothing, like we were interfering her time to text on her phone. The chicken wasn't as good as I remember. A little dry and bland tasting. Next time, Swiss Chalet!

March 26/22 @ approximately 7:15 PM, we went through the drive thru at the Fredericton Express St-Hubert to order one brownie, that is the whole of the order. We waited at least 10 minutes behind one vehicle then drove forward & sat at the window for a further 10 minutes. Nobody looked in our direction & nobody came to the window at all. We were able to observe people being waited on at the counter by no less than 3 staff. It did not appear to be busy. We left the window & parked & my husband went inside to rectify the situation. Neither of us were very happy about being ignored. It got worse because there was a family trying to decide what to order & more than 1 staff trying to help them. My husband was in there 10 minutes waiting to be served & observed somebody else go through the drive thru & get served, meanwhile he stood at the counter & was ignored. I am not going to bother going to your store, drive thru or dine in again. The service was deplorable!!! The staff have obviously never received any training in customer relations!

Every time we go to NB i have to stop here and get my club sandwich. If not then would have to travel to Quebec. Food was really good and place was clean. Stuff was pretty fast and friendly

Sad chicken delivery. Thigh was dry (how do you do that to chicken thighs?!) and nearly cold. Sweet potato chips a bit light-on and coleslaw only 3/4 full (I had not eaten anything of this meal when photo taken). Not really worth the $15+tax. Appears credit card incurs surcharge too, approx 5%.

Loved the boxed lunch. Would be nice if it came with a drink though. Can I get vegetarian options in the lunchbox?

Love the place. Clean and airy and bright. Disappointed as they don't accept Scene cards to earn or use points

The food is pretty bad, way too expensive for the quality. The people working are trash, ordered fish and chips they forgot to salt fries, give me ketchup, tar tar sauce, utensils and my drink and took 15 min to get all this simple stuff. Horrible food everytime I go, stay away saint Hubert is dog water. I’d give 0 stars if it were possible.

I went through the drive through and ordered a St-Hubert Poutine with creamy coleslaw. They were efficient and friendly upon pick up but I checked order and they forgot my coleslaw. I circled back around the drive through and they gave me an extra coleslaw for the trouble. Thanks guys! I appreciate it and your friendly service! Meal was delicious when I got it home to enjoy too! 😊

My family and I loved it. They have the best poutines. Love the bbq gravy and the chicken is amazing. Every time I go to Canada it’s a must. I grew up on in Quebec but now live in the States so anytime I come to Canada this a must.

I ordered for delivery and waited an hour and a half paid almost 40 dollars and only got half my meal. My boyfriend got his Poutine and I had ordered wings and fries. I only got 8 wings and nothing else. I am very disappointed in the service. Won't be doing that again.

I have always loved St. Hubert's! It was an absolute treat to have a great meal there.

My girlfriend and I were there tonight (Sunday dec 4) and it was awful ! We got our food and everything was cold, she had a club sandwich and I had a hot chicken sandwich. I sent mine back once and they brought me another one and that one was cold to. Even there dipping sauce was ice cold. Was really disappointed by this tonight. We use to love going there but I can't see us going back.

My husband and I stopped in for lunch and everything was great! This was our first time at this location.

Me and my department at work order food at every payday. Today we wanted st-hubert's. Called in to place the order so that they're nkt caught off guard with a somewhat huge order. I was told that they were too busy (11am) and to call back at 1pm once the rush is over. After being turned down as customer ill deal with swiss chalet as our money is welcomed there.

Very disappointed. Our experience was terrible in restaurant, so I filled out survey to let the manager know. I quickly received an apologetic phone call, with promise of a gift card to be sent in the mail ASAP to compensate for our experience. Three full weeks later, we still haven't received anything.
