As always, this place is delicious. It may be located in a food court, but definitely fresh and absolutely hot. Each meal is made to order right in front of the customer. I had the Chicken Pad Thai. No surprises about what you are getting. Classic to go container or open tray to eat in the food court. If you like Asian cuisine, you'll be making the right choice ordering here. Thanks.

Not a bad spot for a chain restaurant. The price is of course great and the flavours are good. The staff is nice and the food cooked fresh right on the spot. A nice addition to the food court.

I love the Pad Thai. I usually get it once a week. In the past couple months, the price has increased approximately 2 dollars and my most recent visit had my container less than full. Still a good meal but I'm questioning whether it's worth it anymore for nothing more than noodles a few veggies, sauce and Soy protein....

I love how cute their boxes are. And the food quality is amazing.

I do not recommend eating here.. I got the Pad Thai and did not think to ask if it contained MSG because it's 2022 and that stuff has been known for years to be horrible but it turns out you need to ask for non poisonous food when ordering. Any place that still uses MSG clearly does not care about it's customers.

Going to be a while before I get their General Thaii again. I have no idea why but all the vegitables tasted as if they had been marinating in some sort of fuel. Every bite left a awful after taste in my mouth. Hard to explain.

I'm a big fan of Thai Express. I ate it everywhere around Canada. This location ain't bad but I have one concern! If menu says "Chinese broccoli" please use "Chinese broccoli" not just broccoli. It makes huge difference in taste. And also don't cut noodles into small pieces. Other than that everything is great. Also service is very nice.

Waited 10 mins in line (no complaint about the food). Made my order CLEARLY..pointed to the menu...ordered 2 items. And paid.Waited another 5 mins. Oops part of my order missing. Apparently it wasn't on my bill. Manager tried to offer me a spoon to apologize. 2 stars because the food is good but not good for seniors.

Me and my husband were a big fan of Thai express! We ate there may be hundred times in last 3/4 months. We went there on our lunch break today and ordered General Thai, our favourite one. But unfortunately the chicken tasted so bad and it had a stinky smell. May be it was fried long time ago. I repeat “long time ago”. So we went to talk to the owner. He was so rude. At first his wife behaved very rudely and said she took care of the chicken and it is impossible to have any problem!! Then she told her husband to return us our money! We never asked for any money. We went to there to tell them, there might be some problem with the chicken. But they didn’t even listen us!! This is so rude! The owner kept yelling! Overall, it was disgusting! I would say if you don’t know how to behave with people, then go to a school first to learn manners, then start a business.

My favourites are the beef pad sew and beef noodle soup with broccoli, carrots

Excellent. They already knew what I wanted. Very hot and very yummy
