Review Park's Noodle & Sushi - Fredericton

This is a lovely Sushi Restaurant in downtown Fredricton near officers square. It is a family business. The owner and staff are mannerly and hospitable. The food is prepared while you wait. The owner was very attentive and brought us some asparagus tempura while we were waiting. We had a green dragon roll and vegetable tempura. Not shown in pictures but as good as we have ever had. Thank you for a pleasant dinning experience.

Nothing fancy as far as ambience, but delicious food! I got the special, which gave a great variety of options: crystal noodles, California roll, and veggie tempura. All were flavourful, and having multiple options for someone like me who likes variety (and to try a little of a bunch of things) it was perfect! My friend got the spicy salmon roll and it too was delicious. Looking forward to my next visit!

Small restaurant but big on service and flavours! Excellent food. Fabulous and friendly service. You won't regret it! Prices are more than expected but absolutely worth it.

Delicious sushi and miso soup. We even got extra sweet potatoe tempura. Great service. We could see all the care in detail the lady who was making the sushi was putting into her work. One note may be to try to invest in more sustainable packaging.

Went with my 4-year old grandson, and he DEVOURED the sushi! I loved everything- especially the soup. The service was simply lovely, and will definitely go back - my new favorite Fredericton restaurant!

Very small restaurant with outdated decor and furniture. The food, though, was top notch. We had the assorted tempura, California and dynamite rolls (full order of each), and one order of inari. The sushi rice was perfectly cooked and seasoned well with rice vinegar. The tempura was well battered and fried, with the sweet potato cut in smaller portions rather than the big slabs found in most places. The only drawback was the fact that it was a little expensive compared to other restaurants I visited. Still, a good choice for great tasting sushi.

The ginger tea was so good I wanted to have another. The chicken curry was perfect. The sushi was amazing (forgot to take a picture) this place is a gem. The service made the experience even better.

Great sushi and Japanese restaurant!!! Parks has exceeded my expectations each time I’ve eaten here. The service is phenomenal, the sushi is authentic, delicious and high quality, and the noodle dishes are absolutely fantastic. They have great lunch specials, a solid selection of fancier rolls that are really excellent with well balanced flavours and good attention to detail, and did I mention the noodles??? The noodles are AMAZING. Another huge selling point: reliably gluten free meals, including affordable gluten free daily specials! Each menu item is marked as having gluten or not, they have gluten free soy sauce, and gluten free options for the noodle dishes (which it bears repeating are excellent). The tea is also really good. Really highly recommend this place. I lived in Vancouver for 5 years and ate more than my share if sushi. Parks holds its own as a solid, reliable sushi restaurant.

The place is very cute, especially the window seat. The sushi wasn't very good, pretty sure there was cheese whiz on my friends sushi roll. Dumplings were ok.

Good unless you expect raw fish in your sushi. The food here is generally good value for money, and the California rolls and Unagi sushi were quite tasty. However, they don't serve any raw fish in their sushi! For example, the tuna was canned tuna with mayo, and the salmon was smoked salmon. If you keep that in mind, then this is a nice, wallet-friendly place to eat some Japanese/Korean food.

Note that when I spoke to the owner (very friendly and always there working away) he said that they might add raw fish sushi to the menu in the future, so it might be there by the time you read this.

The noodles were ok. The sushi left to desire. The tuna roll is made of cand tuna and not made when orderd.

Was ok... We went here for a late dinner. We got a window seat which was really nice, great view of what's going on outside. The food was just ok though.. The only reason I voted "Like" for this place was the dumplings were pretty tasty and my partners sushi and noodle dish was to his liking.
I ordered a spicy tuna roll and instead of actual raw tuna it was canned processed tuna with a drop of siracha on top. When i asked about it the server said thats how they make it. That was a disappointment when my companions salmon was properly done. I didn't eat the roll but was still charged for it. I guess if you like real tuna/maguro don't order it here, stick with the other dishes.

Awesome. This is a great place, it's nice to have some authentic Japanese/Korean food in Fredericton. I would absolutely recommend this place -- it has great service, great prices, excellent food and an awesome location. Definitely don't miss it on any trip to Fredericton.

Very Nice!. What a bargain!! I enjoyed a satisfying, light dinner for $12.95!!! The sushi was awesome! The tempura veggies only consisted of sweet potato and squash (which was stated on the menu) but it was to die for! The service was warm, friendly and attentive. I didn't get to try the noodle dishes yet but I will go back.

Parks is like an old fashioned neighbourhood diner with an Asian twist. They had the usual north american sushi as well as more traditional fare.

Great location. Nice bright, homey atmosphere and lovely music in the background.

This sweet little restaurant is a true gem!!!
