Review Brewbakers - Fredericton

I have been here on Friday night lately for a dinner with my supervisor and my friends at around 6 pm. My suggestion is that you should make a reservation before hand as the place can get very busy on Friday. For lunch, I found it is quite busy from Monday to Friday as well. You may need to book a table ahead of time to avoid disappointment. The food is good. They always have specials of the day, which is not on the menu. Ask for them, most of the time they are surprisingly very good. The price is good for the food quality and services. The parking can be tricky during during the day for Monday to Friday as you have to pay for street parking. If they are full, you have to drive one more block and use the city’s parking lot (paid) and walk back to the restaurant. The street parking is free after 5 pm from Monday to Friday and all day on the weekends and holidays.

Great service and a nice ambiance. I went here for supper with my brother a couple of weeks ago. Overall, both of us really enjoyed it. The service was great and I enjoyed just sitting with a glass of wine inside. The Korean BBQ tacos as an appetizer were fantastic. Loaded with kimchi and expertly cooked beef, I would absolutely get them again. The pork tenderloin was a perfect dish. The tenderloin was cooked well and the sauce added a nice sweetness and tartness to the dish. The veggies were fresh and well seasoned, but the dish itself was a little too cool for my liking. If it had of been just a bit hotter when served, it would have also been perfect. Looking forward to going back and trying some of their other dishes.

Our group enjoyed dinner here last night and I was very impressed by our service and food! I thoroughly enjoyed Harvest Maple Salad, the Pork Loin entree, and omg the Baked Brie was amazing!! 👏

So delicious I forgot to take a picture before eating! I had the classic breakfast and it was very well put together and the flavours were very balanced and the meal comes together nicely. I would highly recommend giving the palate a try if you are downtown and need some tasty food!

We ate here for dinner. The restaurant is simple but the food is complex! Bravo to the chef(s) the flavour of the Korean beef tacos was excellent and so was the Thai Chicken Chicken!

Fish cakes were ok, scallops were good, chowder was fantastic, well seasoned but I prefer a creamy thickish chowder so that's why I liked this one a lot.

Simply, an average restaurant trying to be a fine dining restaurant. Driving past this place and reading a few reviews I decided to try this restaurant. Well it was average at best. We ordered the special of the evening, a steak and a salmon dish. The steak dish was an average cut of beef with some fresh vegetables, mashed potatoes and a jus to add flavour and mask the dry meat. Beef tasted great as well as the veggies. Now the salmon dish. Order it, because it the salmon is great tasting, a bit over cooked and dry, but still decent enough to enjoy. Tell the chef to not put the taters (which I hated and was very disappointed in for mashed potatoes). The price point is definitely higher than the food quality. Now, last thing. I was craving for some Creme Brûlée and I should not have done it here. Quebec is where it's at. The chef made a serious mistake of making the creme like a lemon meringue and it was way too sharp for a traditional creme brûlée. I get what the chef was doing but don't try to fix something that ain't broken. Above all that I have said, the staff were excellent! Thank you David for your service, advice, and hearty attitude in helping us select our dishes.

What a wonderful place and atmosphere!!!! I had never eaten here before, I went last night with a friend I hadn't seen in 20 years. We had so much fun the food was AMAZING!!!! And Vanessa our server what a Gem she was to have her serve us. Keep up the great work! Next time I'm back in town I will be back for dinner!

Tonight my husband and I enjoyed a wonderful meal and outing at Brewbakers! I had the best meal I've had in the city ... savouring the fried brie with berry compote appetizer (tasty cheese and loved the berry compute - YUM!), loving the amazing truffled mushroom fettuccine (so good - WOW!), and ending the a birthday brownie & yummy ice cream!!! My husband enjoyed his chorizo tacos app (really good!), got the special, that lived up to our server's (Mike) description, and more (totally tasty & rad rib!)... and he ended his meal with a great dessert for him - Café Mocha Pot de Crème (a best dessert for him - bang on!)! Thank you for a great night, great service (especially from Mike with attention & recommendations) and an AMAZING meal. :) First time in forever ... we'd checked your menu for the YFC BurgerBattle. We'll be returning!! :)

This is the fine dining hot spot of Fredericton, best staff, best food , best service. Take your mother here, take your father here, take anyone you care about here because they will not be disappointed

Food was ok, extremely over priced! Ribeye, 2 glasses of wine and tea with tip $92 for one person! My fault though I should have asked how much the "special" was, never dreamed a ribeye would be $38! Didn't taste any better than a ribeye I've had at a pub for a fraction of the price. Will not go back and would never recommend

Brewbakers is by far our favourite place to eat in Fredericton even though I may be a little biased because the head chef is my cousin by far the service and food is second to none!! Jen, Stewart and david make this restaurant a real pleasure to eat at. The only place we bring business colleagues when visiting Fredericton! The food tonight was amazing�

Pinup girl for a drink was great.wagyu tenderloin was faaaantastic,best steak ever.scallops were awesome as well.will definitely be back for the wagyu steak.service was awesome.Was our 20th valentines and first time here ,will be definatelay be back.

Wagyu Steak was amazing! I am somebody who has never been satisfied with a steak at a restaurant.... until now. It was always something I could do better on my BBQ. The Wagyu was everything it was hyped up to be. It was made perfectly and I could cut it with my fork. I will definitely be back to have this world class dish again. Thank you Kanye and Andrew for an incredible dining experience!!!

My wife and I were at Brewbakers on MAy 17 2018 the food was amazing as well as our server Abby! Food was tasty and well prepared, we will be going back for sure and I recommend it as a don't miss while in Fredericton! cheers John LeBlanc Campbellton, N.B.

There is a reason Brewbakers is our fave spot in Fredericton. Food is always spot on, service always good and the drinks and wine list awesome. Great meal again last night. Keep up the good work!!

Best place to eat in Fredericton. Been coming here for the past 3 years or so for special occasions and havent had anything on their menu that wasn’t awesome. Tried the scallops today and they were amazing. Thanks Guys!

Awesome place, exceptional food and even better service. the only complaint I had would be that I wish there had been better weather while we were outside on the patio, but that is not under their control so 5 stars! :)

We celebrated Valentine's Day at Brewbakers and we loved every minute of it! From the service, to the open kitchen, to the live music, to the amazing food---every bit of it was outstanding! We always can count on an extraordinary experience when we visit Brewbakers! My favourite fine dining restaurant in Fton! High quality, top shelf! ❤️👌

Absolutely amazing food !! We had mariaha as our server and she was awesome! She went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. Kanye and chris were fantastic as bartenders as well! Can't wait to come back. Everything was delicious not a single complaint!

Had a nice meal there last night. Our server was Mariah, it was only her 3rd or 4th shift but she was excellent! We really enjoyed ourselves. I had the lamb/ whipped potato & roasted veggies. Very tasty, served nice & warm. We've never had a bad experience at Brewbakers, great staff & great food!

Waygu steak was amazing!! We travelled a couple of hours just to have it ! Bacon wrapped tenderloin was delicious !! Service was top notch , atmosphere was intimate and lovely. We will most definitely be back ! Thank you for a perfect evening �

Our family loves this restaurant. Our favorite place for celebrations or just meeting with friends. The food is always amazing and the service is terrific. We especially love the Scallops and Caesar for 2 for starters. After that, our favorite are the Scallop Fettucini or the Salmon, or Steak. Any friends we've brought there love it too. Recently friends from Miramichi joined us and they were telling a lot of people attending the Irish Festival about the amazing restaurant in Fredericton where they had lunch. Our waiter was awesome as well!

Finally tried the Wagyu and it was everything i built it up to be! The flavors were amazing. And have to say, every thing on the plate awakened my taste buds. Even the veggies!

I've never had a bad experience here. Always delicious. Service is always top notch. Love the quinoa salad and the sangria. Highly recommended!
