Review Flavour - Fort St. John

This place was so good! We had about 10 dishes and every single one of them was delicious. The only thing that would of gave this a 10/10. Is having some air conditioning and proper ventilation. It was quite hot in there and started to get a little smokey when they got busy. I'd still highly recommend!!

Indian Essence is a culinary delight that I would highly recommend. The food was exceptional, with flavors that transported me to India. But what truly made my visit outstanding was the exceptional service provided by Harman, the front counter attendant. Her warm smile and expert knowledge of the menu added a personal touch to the dining experience. Harman went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction, making me feel welcome and attended to throughout my visit. I can't wait to return to Indian Essence for another memorable evening of delicious food and outstanding service.

I enjoyed my food too much. It was so delicious and mouthwatering and staff’s behavior was nice and polite. Just I decreased one star because of space. It could be cleaner.

I have worked in Middle East for 10 years and back home been trying for years to find authentic South Asian food. This place is amazing, they made items not on the menu and the flavours were out of this world. Highly Highly recommend

Great buffet, friendly people. Need gulab jamun tho. Dessert needs to be more authentic, again, like gulab jamun 😉 You know what, no need other food, please just have the restaurant for gulab jamun only 😁 The only Indian restaurant in FSJ that worth it, price wise, portion wise - well buffet, as you can help yourself. More variety of Indian food would be nicer! Not always easy to find parking on the street tho. The seating inside is generic.

This one is the famous Indian restaurant in Fort St Johns. I ordered Dal Makhani, Rice and Naan. It was super delicious.

Took my son here for lunch today, we were both very suprised at the food , fantastic flavours, friendly staff and a huge selection. Try the mango chicken with butter naan, very authentic and huge flavours. We will be back every time we come to FSJ
