I love Indian food, real home style cooking, wonderful flavours, great staff. Mango desert was out of this world. $17.99 all you can eat and buffet changes daily. I just found my new favourite restaurant in town! Can't wait to come back with my wife and kids!
Food was awesome and i really enjoyed it....one thing i would like to mention is customer service was at its best and food wasnt greasy. Kudos for thd indian essence bistro team.
Sitting here watching the creativity going on in the kitchen. The fresh prep and the spices being combined.... absolutely mouth watering. Always friendly and go out of their way to make it a most excellent adventure... a culinary trip to into an exotic country and all right here is snowy FSJ.
Fabulous food, reasonable prices, and I love that they have a lunch buffet as that makes it so much easier to have lunch and get back to work within an hour. Their customer service is also excellent but I'm spoiled as I know a bunch of their employees because of where I work. Try the Chicken Methi - it's my favorite!

We have eaten & tried a lot of different aesthetic Indian restaurants & this place is AMAZING, the butter chicken by far is the BEST we've ever tried. Great pricing, warm welcoming & extremely GREAT service.
I do need to agree with the other customer about only getting 3 options for take out & still having to pay full price.
We took our fujian family out the other night to this restaurant & they ABSOLUTELY loved it.
