Review Iggy's Pub & Grub - Fonthill

Enjoyed our dinner tonight. The poutine I had was absolutely huge. Probably three meals to be honest. Great beers. We'll go back.

I've been to Iggy's a few times and it never fails to please. They have a great selection of craft beer on tap and some delicious ciders. They also have some excellent wines to offer as well. Today I ordered the Backyard BBQ Burger with sweet potato fries and it was utterly delicious. 6oz beef patty, bacon and pulled pork with slaw and BBQ ranch. It was a meat-lovers dream! My boyfriend ordered the Big Iggy poutine which tastes like a Big Mac! He couldn't even finish it all, which says a lot because my boyfriend is a fridge carp. I would have given 5 stars, but the service can be a little lackluster because our table was skipped a couple times when we had been there for a while and were eager to order food. I will still return and recommend Iggy's to everyone!

One of my favourite places, but visited this past Saturday and was disappointed to see the big patio gone. We drove all the way from Welland to find the original small patio full and we had to eat inside. After 2+ years inside, we want outsiiiiide LOL. Service was slow, we were there for about 2hrs for lunch, but they only had two servers working and it was busy. Servers weren't cheerful in the slightest but I wouldn't be either if I were overworked. Food still good, beer selection fantastic. A suggestion about the San Francisco 'fries'. Kettle chips are not 'fries'. I wouldn't have ordered them if I knew ahead of time. Food suggestions: Big Iggy Poutine and Cuban Quesadilla.

First time visiting and I would say the service was above average. We sat in the bar area and the server was quite helpful. Her attitude was fantastic and she made us feel very comfortable. I was a bit skeptical about only having craft beers but she served a sample and it was very good and I actually had a few pints and my girlfriend had a very well made Ceaser. As for the food we'll I was very surprised it was awsome. I ordered a Quesa burger and fries. I can honestly say I was not expecting what I got, it was probley one of the best burgers I have ever had I would definatley recommend it, I give it a 10/10 but be hungry because it is large and full of cheese and jalapeno peppers. My girlfriend got the Iggy burger and she said it was also very good. Amazing how much cheese is on it. Based on the service and quality of the food I would definatley recommend going to this pub. As we will be back for more soon.

Could not get any service! Only 2 couples on the patio. A waitress cleaned the table next to us and we were completely ignored. Waited another 15 mins still no service, so we left. That was our first and last time there

Drove past this place a number of times, finally had a chance to go in. Was not pleased, had the Asian bowl, noodles were clumped together, little vegetables on top, added shrimp, truly not worth the $19.00 bill Cuban Quesadilla was good, they do have nice fries, crispy I should have had the fish and chips, maybe I just chose wrong.

Iggy’s pub and grill has a great variety of food options . When I went to Iggy’s for lunch recently with a group of people we all had a great experience. It has good table service. When I went I had fish and chips and the fish was cooked well and it was good haddock. They also have setup a great temporary patio for Covid-19 preparations. Overall a great place to stop for lunch, or dinner. I would go back for sure because of the way the Haddock is cooked, and it’s a nice place to stop when on a drive in the Vineyards.
