First time ordering at this location and it was a great experience! It was a bit busy when I arrived, but the staff did an excellent job ensuring all pick ups went out in a timely manner; I was seen to shortly after and helped with suggestions as I didn't know what I wanted.

I’m just curious what constitutes as good customer service at this location. We placed a big order for carry out. Once my husband arrived we were told that the person before us had taken our order instead. What’s even the point of giving you my name and phone number if you don’t verify with anyone?
My complaint is that the 2 employees actually handling and making the pizza were not wearing masks. I commented on it and was told only those interacting with customers had to wear masks. Will look into the rules myself to understand. Pass on this one for now.
