Review A&w - Fergus

This A&W is everything you would expect from a fast food joint. Burger was ok. Fries were ok. The root beer is the absolute best in my opinion. I went through the drive thru and the staff were very friendly. Nice folks and I would eat here again

Stopped in Fergus for a quick bite while returning home. We grabbed to 2 chicken snack wraps and fries to share. Food was good, place very clean and service was fast ans friendly. Bathrooms available and had handicap parking.

Dirty washroom. Dirty tray and cutlery. Cold eggs, uncooked sausage. Cold toast, toasted on one side only. They were smart enough to put the toasted side up so they could conceal the untoasted side. Overall gross! AVOID THIS LOCATION.

Amazing service every single time! The best a&w I have been to by far- order is always correct, food is always hot, staff is friendly!

Painfully slow on a Sunday morning I’m not sure if they forgot my order or if it really takes 30mins for 3 hash brown and 3 breakfast wraps? Drive thru was moving much much faster then inside

Great service. No waiting, not busy drive-thru. Good food. Wow, I can't believe I'd have paid $9.00 for an A W Burger.!!!!!

We've only passed through the Fergus location a few times but overall it has been clean and staffed by some knowledgeable people. In addition to the cohesive team at this location and quick order fulfillment we appreciate the touch screen order kiosk for express service and the availability of accessible tables. This location has afforded us a good impression of A&W, and we've even tweeted about how impressed we were on our last visit. We also really appreciate and applaud the availability of more plant based items on the menu and the ability to substitute lettuce wraps for buns.

Delicious! And very friendly. But, do not order through door dash. If anything is wrong, door dash will do nothing to fix it whatsoever. They used to, but they stopped . Restaurant=good Door dash=bad
