This A&W is everything you would expect from a fast food joint. Burger was ok. Fries were ok. The root beer is the absolute best in my opinion. I went through the drive thru and the staff were very friendly. Nice folks and I would eat here again
Stopped in Fergus for a quick bite while returning home. We grabbed to 2 chicken snack wraps and fries to share. Food was good, place very clean and service was fast ans friendly. Bathrooms available and had handicap parking.
Dirty washroom.

Cold eggs, uncooked sausage. Cold toast, toasted on one side only.
They were smart enough to put the toasted side up so they could conceal the untoasted side.
Overall gross!
AVOID THIS LOCATION.

We've only passed through the Fergus location a few times but overall it has been clean and staffed by some knowledgeable people.

Delicious! And very friendly. But, do not order through door dash. If anything is wrong, door dash will do nothing to fix it whatsoever. They used to, but they stopped . Restaurant=good
