ALVEER was amazing. My bf and I asked for the manager to clarify if our Tim's app offers could be paid via our points. We had other questions and as we waited for the manager, Alveer took the initiative to assist us with his excellent service and knowledge.

Terrible walk up dine in service. All the staff work the drive thru. Awful for the environment when people know the service is faster in the drive thru.

I wasn't sure if they still took customers in store. Stood at the counter for 5 minutes and nobody came to take my order. My next experience I ordered sandwich online, when I arrived they did not have ingredients. Gong show.
