Sunday night and they make people wait 20 minutes. They do the trick where they don't take orders until they are ready so it doesn't look bad for them but the line is out to the road. You will be extremely lucky if you get your order and everything is right. From no sugar into hot drinks, to ordering a ham and cheddar and getting a roast beef, to getting a grilled cheese and the cheese not even being melted. The list goes on and on. Worst Tim Hortons I’ve ever experienced.

Literally every time I’ve been here they screw up my order but today certainly surprised me. I ordered a black coffee - easiest on the menu. Left the shop, took a sip and it’s filled with sugar. Not going here again.

I have been through both the drive through and ordered in store. They have NEVER been able to get an order right the first time (hence my in-store attempt) and the manager swore at my sister when they were unable to fulfill her order and had to issue a refund. No option for zero stars. This location either needs a more mature staff or CLOSE PERMANENT. Posted hours on Google are till 10pm now closing at 5pm. I like the idea of a Tim's close by as there is not one on my way home from work. Now have to drive further. Big inconvenience, should have kept coffe
