Did this place ever go downhill. Been by twice this past week.Use to stop in a couple times a week before Covid. New staff just wants their shift to be over and zero customer service.

Stopped in for lunch on a Saturday, it was busy, but moving very quickly. All 5 of these stars go to the two young gentlemen behind the counter. They made excellent food, were very kind, skilled and productive. I was seriously impressed, Great job!
Food was okay until I found hair in it- thry remade the wrap because he refused to refund us instead but still ended up tossing it because I had no appetite and couldn't confirm there was no hair in the new one.
I love Pita Pit. This particular store on the day I went wasn't busy and I was waited on and served quickly. The Shwarma chicken pita is delicious. Compared to other Pita Pits I've been to, they didn't fill up my Pita with toppings as much as other stores I've been to.
Every other time I have went to this Pita Pit it has been great! But tonight around supper time I went in and there was someone waiting for their food and I was the first in line to order. There was only one person working and he was working very hard to fulfill the order. I waited for almost 15 min
Staff were fast and friendly. I ordered gluten free and they were very knowledgeable. The girl who made my pita wiped down her station, took veggies from under the counter to avoid contamination, and changed her gloves several times. Wrap was large and delicious. Will definitely be back.
I’m always satisfied with my trips to this Pita Pit. They always go above and beyond when making our pitas. Only downside is the blender has been out of service since May and they have not been able to make any smoothies. Other than that I give this place good reviews
I've requested 2 deliveries so far of about 15 pitas with each order. I order the same day of delivery and with enthusiasm takes my order. When the pita's arrive they are properly labeled indicating the kind and the ones that are gluten free. The manager at the Elmsdale location is friendly, court
