Review Tim Hortons - Elmsdale

Thought I'd come here and have a coffee and get some work done. The advertised "free Wi-Fi" was impossible to get onto. I could connect, but the pop-up to accept terms and conditions was nowhere to be found, even when I opened the browser. That was extremely frustrating. Service is good though and my order is always right.

Easily the worst Tim Hortons in canada , I genuinely have gone over 50 times and easily 45 of them they mess my order up . Sell me food and then not have it , extremely slow service and the list goes on

Arrived hungry 8:55pm ( hadnt eaten all day ) and the Staff indicated to us that they couldnt do any of the grilled foods on menu as they were cleaning the grille.....( an HOUR before closing ) . What kind of establishment does cleaning of a cooking appliance and HOUR before closing. WILL NEVER BE BACK

Today the staff at this location attempted to make me feel bad for wearing a mask. The customers behind me also started laughing at me. Is this high school? Very inappropriate and unsafe.

They need a second Tim's because waiting 20 Mins in a double lane line that's always full is a little silly. Coffee is usually a miss, and they have no clue how to operate a double lane drive thru.

Ate in coffee was good. The old men's club was there goofing around!

The bacon could have been slightly more well done but the bacon on a biscuit sandwich was delicious.
