served by a super nice girl, best timmies on campus by far!! 🫶 came to get a quick snack and drink, so I'm not sure on how good their other food options are. it's also pretty empty compared to the other food places on campus considering I came during peak lunch hours! (maybe max 5 people in line at once)

By far my favorite Tim's on campus, always quick, good and unlike the one in CAB they actually know the menu enough to make what you ordered! (Plus, tons of seats, a lot of them comfortable and the upstairs area is nice as well)

All Tim Hortons locations on campus are extremely slow, and this one is no exception. However, it’s the fastest one by far. In the mornings, please take the drinks only lane if you are only getting a coffee or a ice cap or any drink. I say this because the line goes so fast most mornings. So many people in the MedSci area get large orders for their coworkers, so they go to the regular lines. God forbid and god bless if you are the person behind them with an order for a medium coffee in this circumstance!
And, for your sanity, do not change lanes because if you do, you will wait longer. Shorter lines are deceiving. Treat lines equally, the time difference is so negligible.
Service is fastest in the mornings, when the employees are in the groove. However, the employees take their time—and I MEAN IT!—in the afternoon when they restrict it to one line and one/two cashiers.

The staff here is always amazing and definitely take the time to make you feel welcome. Which must be difficult because this place can get insanely busy at times. The food is always quite fresh from high turnover.

Tim Hortons like any other. No complaints about anything. Gets pretty busy but i have never had to wait too long.

Staff here are good at what they do. There quick and rarely screw up a order. I find that if you come in the later part of the afternoon, there sold out of mostly everything.

It's a full service Tim Hortons but it looks like they're under staffed because it takes a long time for lines to move. Pretty good hours.

Very fast, got dark roast coffee that was OK. Nothing negative to say, except for the taste of the coffee which was just OK.

Overall a great place under construction at the moment. When it is open service is pretty fast!

They always seem to have long lines, but they give very fast service, so the line is constantly moving!
