Try the Ginger Beef. It's so crispy that your fork tines won't even be able to penetrate it. While it's not meaty, the sauce is not spicy and not too wet/glutinous. Really well done.
The Bourbon Chicken is barbecued, and thus it is about $0.50 more expensive, but not worth it. The flavour seems to be imitating BBQ pork (char siu) but the understated, milder flavour of chicken over pork doesn't do it any favours. I wouldn't recommend it.
The manager is a woman who is extremely sweet.
