Had soup with noodles meat and veggies. Good, but as I saw the dishes around me wish I had ordered the barbeque combo.  Will have to go back and try the other dishes

Just went there randomly for lunch with a friend/co-worker.  I had the szechuan vermicelli soup and he had the hainanese chicken and tried the honey toast.

I enjoyed the spicy soup although I don't think it contained much szechuan peppercorns. It had a variety of meats including duck, pork and fried intestine as well as pickled vegetables. Perfect for a cold day.

My friend really enjoyed the chicken rice and the honey toast. I look forward to going back and trying more dishes.

I like the authenticity of a lot of the dishes. Very good variety! Menu is huge! And the service is very good! Very good food! Try the crispy noodles when you order a dish, they’re very good!

Really great place to eat. I would recommend the two style of rice. It is fantastic. Really resembles a traditional Hong Kong cafe. The only down side is the parking outside is pretty cramped.

If I didn't live in the south side, I would be here more often. Pretty good place for quick Chinese food or set dinners. The portions are generous and really affordable. The milk tea is pretty good as well. I personally think it's better than Cafe Tropika in the south side because you get a lot more. Fast, friendly and good food.

This place is definitely worth a try!  They have some authentic dishes that are hard to find anywhere else in Edmonton and the quality is quite good.  The price is also very reasonable and the service is friendly!.  For the best experience, bring someone who can read Chinese as many of the specials are written in Chinese only.  On my last visit I really enjoyed the BBQ combo and the oyster pancake!

Little Bee used to be Golden Bee before it closed down and re-opened. I used to go there back when it was still Golden Bee and I really enjoyed the food. I was very happy when I found out that they re-opened as Little Bee after quite some time because I just love HK cafes in general!!
With that being said, I have been here multiple times and there are several dishes that I always order because it's good! (might not be the exact names from the menu but I'll try my best)
1. Fried rice with egg, shrimps, fish roe, scallions - absolutely my favourite fried rice. I love the fish roe that goes with it because it's a different texture and it's not something I usually have on a fried rice. It is nicely flavoured and not bland nor too salty.
2. HK french toast - this is one of my faves to order at any HK cafe. It's a sandwich with either peanut butter or coconut jam and deep fried as a french toast. Comes with butter & syrup on the side. REALLY good, I love this for breakfast!
3. HK style congee - this is a congee with assorted seafood and meats as well as peanuts. This is a recent fave as I usually get the century egg & pork congee. Both congees are really good here and they're just the right consistency. Also comes in a hot pot so your congee stays hot!
4. Szechuan fish filets in spicy hot pot - another favourite. It's not the best szechuan fish filet hotpot I've had but it's good enough for the price. This is good to share between 2-3 people.
5. Milk tea (cold/hot) is really good here. I also really like the 1/2 coffee 1/2 tea!!

There are a few others that I love ordering here but I can't think of it right now. All I can say is that in general, this is a decent HK cafe and you can order almost anything and not be disappointed. I just wish they had some other things on the menu that I love especially bo lo yau (pineapple bun with butter)! The price point isn't bad at all and you could get full for 2 people with $30. The location is really good (by Lucky Supermarket on 127 ST). Service is also decent, just as expected from a typical HK cafe - they're not very interactive but the food comes out fairly quickly unless it's really busy.
