Stopped in on my way out of town to Vancouver to grab a late breakfast at 2pm. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Before pouring my coffee cashier realised coffee wasn't fresh and said he would make me a fresh cup. Excellent customer service.
I've been eating breakfast here for years, and I've gotten to know a large group of regulars - mostly seniors - who frequent this place. Its always the same: friendly staff that call you by name, serving the same homemade style breakfast, day in and day out.
I got chicken burgers at like 7 am, and they were fresh, hot and not long of a wait, the fries were fresh and crispy, the staff were very friendly. I love this location, and find the food is the freshest at this location, and the breakfast is awesome here.
I had forgotten that A&W served real breakfast like a regular restaurant, shame on me! I was very pleasantly reminded with the quality of food and service. It was nice to see young families there enjoying the same experience. I will definitely come back to this location.
Walk in, take out. Did not stay long. So atmosphere did not factor into anything.
The cashier was busy with something, not at the front counter, which caused the low marks for service. I don't do drive-thru and they haven't done drive-ins for ages. Does anyone remember drive-in restaurants?
Good burgs, I wear my burger costume everytime I go.
Customer service was excellent
Food did not take long to be brought to our table.
The only issues we had was not having an accessible washroom.
They may have fixed this issue by now, which im almost certain they would have.
The restaurant was very clean and the staff seemed to be ontop of things.

Friendly, fast and efficient service. Food was not piping hot but still warm and fresh.
This location is my go to during the day. But graveyards no. Always some problem. Nothing in deep fryer it’s being cleaned. Cold burgers in the Teens. Using not the right sauce but mayo. Bacon is petrified, scared I’m going to break my teeth. And waiting to order at the drive through speaker. Let’s just say the food is not served with love, or customer appreciation. I worked until 3 am, so if I need a Teen burger at that time, I go to the A and W in Capilano. Further fir me to drive but at least I’m not disappointed
