I went in the driver through and there was this Muslim lady she was very sweet and made my night.Thank you Tim Hortons for your experience I will be going to this place regularly.
Great local stop for our family. The double-double is always hot, and my iced cap always cold. The service is always accurate and with a smile. The first place we go before any trip is this Tims.

Stopped later in the evening after taking the grandkids to the Edmonton Zoo Light show. Staff was efficient and polite. Not overly friendly though (this is becoming more common the more Tim's stores I go to). Still.love the coffee though!
The staff are so incredibly sweet! I come here every morning before work and I’ve never had a bad experience! The staff are lovely and they’re very fast and efficient!
That's a great place for somebody who knows how to make a cup of coffee service is fast and friendly
I love this place it's so friendly to every nationality and if you feel like it may not be then ask yourself if maybe you as an individual are the issue, cause it is most of the time. We see this when some one takes time over the holidays to write a Google review for people not stirring there coffee
