As a regular 3 to 4 times weekly customer to the pub side for breakfast, and occasional lunch, the girls have never failed to take the time to make you feel at home. The service team is always great, the food quality has always met, but mostly exceeded expectations, all in all a cozy and friendly atmosphere.
From personal experiences the staff and owner are truly devoted to making you feel like a part of the family, as well as taking an interest in the well being of their customers.
I am a fan of this restaurant, and highly recommend to try it out!

Great spot for breakfast, it's served allll day. Always inexpensive, quick and the service is great. If they are having a busy morning, you can sit on the bar side called The Den where they always will have a table. I usually order eggs benedict or a scramble.
Haven't been here except for in the mornings but I do know it's a great place for breakfast! Good food, good selection, good service and reasonably priced. Also a good place to order a meal for pick-up.
A place I know well. I still think a proper breakfast as one of my favorite meals and should be enjoyed any time . This place isn't large, no line ups, washrooms are mint which is a must for me, clean and safe. The staff is friendly and engaging but not over so . The beacon is crisp and the home fries almost as good as aunt pearls who now lives in my heart , if she was here I know she would enjoy it .
Horrible service. Went in for dinner asked server what kind of fish the fish and chips is she replied she didn't know
Asked if the Reuben has mustard again she replied she didn't know.
Myself being a server I know for a fact you should know your menu inside out and if by chance you don't know

Ordered fish and chips, Reuben and kids burger asked for only lettuce.
Food comes to table and server states they said kids burgers don't come with lettuce.
really is one little lettuce leaf going to bankrupt you people ?
She said she would go grab some, she never returned until our meals were done.
We needed refills prior to our food arriving we did get a refill after our meal was done but it was so watered down it was insulting. Like you don't think we won't notice our first pop was normal and this one is water barley coloured.

I eat here often, too often. The food is great, the service is wonderful, the prices are reasonable. What else can I say? I love Muggn'z.
Good food, good prices. Muggn'z is great value for the quality and quantity of food (based on breakfast only). Everything tastes fresh and the breakfast isn't overly greasy. Much, much better than Denny's although the breakfast selection isn't as vast as Cora's. I like the down to earth service and modern yet warm feel of the restaurant. They seem to also have good daily specials. If you're in the westend, it's a great spot for all day breakfast.
Great Food Great Service. Definately my fav spot. Since I moved into the area a year and a half ago this place has been my favourite place to go. The food is amazing and very resonably priced. The sercers are all very friendly, and not that rehersed "I have to be nice" friendly but actaully genuinly nice people. I know most of them by name now since I go there constantly. Rhenah, Sam, Jammie, Courtney, Fenton, and Tatum.. are the ones I know best and it alway a pleasure seeing them!
if you want a more laid back atmosphere though I suggest going into the bar side (The Den) if you don't have kids. its usually less crowded the servers don't seem as rushed and its all the same great Food!

We've been to Muggn'z a number of times recently! Fast, friendly service! Veal cutlets are very good every time! Quiet atmosphere!
