Finally got a chance to try this Wetzel’s Pretzels out since being in Edmonton. A huge fan of this franchise since visiting LA few years back so was very happy to see it here in Edmonton (thought they were only in the states!) I actually drove from Toronto to Michigan just to get Wetzel’s from a mal
I got the pizza pretzel bites and the regular pretzel bites. Delicious and fresh! I'm bias as I love pretzels but these were hot and fresh, staff was friendly and even with longer lines it went quickly :)

I think there is a new guy at the location by the ice rink and he makes the biggest, fluffiest best tasting pretzels! He has red hair and he’s the best! My friend and I were raving about our pretzels yesterday!
Our pretzels were fresh and tasty. We found the strawberry lemonade to be too sweet but thankfully Alyssa watered it down for us which made it much better. Great staff and quick fast spot for a snack.
I tried this location last Saturday. Omg! such a diamond! Their Pizza bites, Jalapeno pretzels are the best. Fresh from the oven. Kind staff. Their pizza sauce is one of a kind. Now my kids has a new favorite in West Edmonton Mall. Try and visit. You can't go wrong. Thank you Wetzels Pretzels.
First time trying these pretzels today. I don't know why I waited so long as I love pretzels! I think these were the best pretzels I've ever had!! So glad I stopped today! The service was fantastic and super fast! I would post a photo, but the pretzels disappeared really fast...
AWESOME!! Staff was friendly, food was very fresh! Would recommend getting the cinnamon bitz, and a sweet glaze dip! Enjoyed very much, and I only had to pay 30 cents more for a large lemonade😁 I would definitely come back!!
Best soft pretzels you could ever get... if you have the patience to wait 5-10 minutes, I would recommend get hot and fresh. You won't be disappointed. They are extremely busy on weekends so spare some time for a big line up. Trust me it's woth the wait. The staff is really helpful as well.
We love this location! Always fresh and excellent customer service. Very accommodating. My kids always asking for their bitz and dog bites.

Tasty and good sized pretzels. Only downside is the price, it's an expensive snack
