Lion's Head Pub - Edmonton - Photo album

The fixtures are really dated and the atmosphere was stale. Friday night and the place was quiet, one staff member to cover both the bar and all the tables. The food was decent but not great. The bathrooms were dire.
I stopped in for a quick pint and a bite to eat. I had excellent service from Jon behind the bar and Janine. Would visit here again.
Poor poor also just went there and door locked closed Saturday 10pm ??? They are ruining the RaddisonHotel experience!
While the make over certainly looks nice, I liked the old place where I could duck in and sit quietly with my wings for an hour or so. But that's all gone now. The new menu is nice and all, but it's too rich for my blood. Worse yet, the service has declined and I was completely forgotten about the
It's always a nice laid back pub to visit. I always enjoy their tap selection and how the games and pool tables are in the back separated from the main lounge. Food is pretty good overall for pub food and I've never seen it packed which is nice for dates or get togethers or just a friendly game of p
Went to pub couple days after opened. On tap Canadian & Coors Lite flat & dead. Old kegs pre-lockdown. Turned them both back in. Ordered take-out and they have no bags to carry food out with. Server was nice tho. Tried her best despite the deficiencies. Pub will prob correct things in time?! ** ate
The food was excellent. Wish I would have gotten waitress name but she was very friendly and gave great service. We had supper there on December 23. Won on the vlts so that's also an added bonus.
Pleasantly surprised. To start with the beer was very cold and served fast. I had the fish and chips and it was the first delicious fish and chips I have had in Alberta. The tarter sauce was home made. Light, crispy batter. Portions were generious. Service was excellent. Thanks Darci.
