Review Fumaca Brazilian Steakhouse - Edmonton

Fumaca’s was absolutely scrumptious! The servers and the gauchos were so nice and courteous! Eating great food with a phenomenal view made it a phenomenal experience! My personal favourite slices of meat were the rump steak, beef sirloin and the garlic marinated shrimp! Each were cooked to perfection. The rump steak was savoury, juicy and practically melted in my mouth! All in all, great spot for a Brazilian Steak House!

My husband and I went here on Valentine's Day and it was amazing! I've heard great things about this place and the pineapple is seriously no joke, delicious!! The restaurant overlooks the river and downtown, creating the prettiest atmosphere at night. The service itself was perfect ! They only had two staff on that night, yet I could tell every table was getting the best experience. Our server Bill was so funny and went above and beyond for us, especially on such a busy night. It made the whole night so much more personal and fun. Some reviews say this place was pricey but it is totally worth it for the quality of meal and the overall experience you get. We had such a nice evening and intend on returning soon. This place is definitely a gem of Edmonton.

If you're a meat eater, this place is pretty close to heaven. Really enjoyed the Parm crusted pork loan. To tender and moist. All the varieties of beef were great, hope you like it rare, though they can always shave off the well done bits. The shrimp were good and I loved the pineapple.hot and tasty with the cinnamon sugar, 4 slices for desert and I would have had more, if I thought I could fit it into my already overstuffed stomach. We left full and satisfied. No room to try the regular deserts, maybe next time.

Honestly - This was a big let down. When we first walked in, the smell of the place should have been an indication to turn around. Food was mediocre at best, very minimal selection of cold bar food. Mashed potatoes was the only of 4 hot bar food items worth trying... they were cold.. not even any gravy to try and make them better... Meats were decent, pineapple was great. Service was OK. For spending this kind of money on a dinner go elsewhere... this place seriously needs to upgrade the washrooms and general decor inside. Go to pampas! Or melting pot or a steakhouse or anywhere but here... save your money.

First time here since it was an Indian place. Nice to have another option for Brazilian steakhouse. We had our Christmas party (8). As is often the case, our server, Bill made all the difference. He was outstanding. Overall the experience was excellent and the food was amazing. They had a huge Christmas party with over 100 people and we didn't find any effect on our service which was very high end. Our team was thoroughly impressed.

Friendly service, and very accommodating. Had a 14 month old, went above and beyond to assure a stress-free visit. Excellent food, (especially bacon wrapped chicken and garlic beef) and enjoyable atmosphere. Special shout-out to Bill. Much appreciated.

Restaurant is nice with a great view of the river valley and downtown. Food could have been much better except for the pineapple which means it's definitely not worth $55 per person. We felt like we over spent without being satisfied with our meal. Unfortunately we will not be back.

Absolutely loved it ❤ My first time at this location. We decided to go here for my birthday. Great place to go if one wants to sit, eat and go! The salad bar is ready and your hit meats are at your disposal as they are served to you immediately and constantly. Great fast service 👏 and friendly 👍

First let me tell you about the reservation experience. We went for dinner July 4th 2018. I am not one to use online resos as I have dietary restrictions and like to talk to someone but I did reserve online and it was pretty simple. I called within minutes of making the reso and they already had it in their system. I explained my dietary needs and they were so willing to help and make it possible for me to go with my family. Secondly the “salad bar” was amazing. Both hot and cold dishes and if you aren’t a huge meat eaters there is plenty of options for just the salad bar! (Which can be ordered as a meal itself) Third, the quality of meat coming from the grill was impeccable. Top notch! Shrimp, beef ribs, top sirloin, ribeye and the chicken drumsticks were some of our favs! Oh! And the pineapple covered in sugar and cinnamon! Wow! They even came around with one without cinnamon for my dad who doesnt like cinnamon! Also the dinner option comes with a free glass of house red or white wine. What a nice touch for those who enjoy wine with their meal! Next Service, while we could tell our server was new she was sweet and worked so hard to make sure we had our drink refills and removing unwanted plates. She did an excellent job! The gentlemen who carried the meat were so accommodating! They would ask what you were looking for and come back to you! It was just an overall amazing experience and the service was great. They made sure I was taken care of and the owner came out to talk to me personally which I appreciated. Our one suggestion is that they add Brazilian cheese buns to the menu as an app. We missed those! We are just visiting Edmonton but I would highly recommend this place. You won’t be disappointed!

Went today for brunch with my boyfriend. Have had Rodizio style at other restaurants before. Super impressed with the food quality. Service was spot on and felt that the entire staff work really well together and you could tell they all really cared about providing the best customer experience possible. All the meat was cooked perfectly. I definitely enjoyed my time. And the beautiful decor complemented the window view we were given of the city skyline perfectly. Will definitely be back. Keep up the good work!!

Visited Fumaca, steak house , so proud of Lalit Kumar Singh and Anup Kundu, awesome food, excellent ambiance and a view of the city you can die for. Meat eaters paradise. Every cut is tastefully cooked to perfection and cut from the original piece at your table, an experience to relish. Good job guys , wishing you the best for your success.

Great variety of cuts, loved the pineapple with cinnamon!!!!! good wine list and good service. Im a regular client on the other Brazilian steak house and can say nothing to ask for in flavour and meat term. Great job guys!!

Went to Fumaca, what a great experience, the food was amazing, tender juicy, cooked to perfection. The service from all the staff was excellent, very friendly. Go try this place, they are awesome.

I’ve been to other Brazilian steakhouse in the city, and FUMACA is the best I’ve ever had. The ambience, friendly staff, and the FOOD was incredible. Bacon wrapped chicken thighs are my favourite, but the garlic shrimp and grilled pineapple are also contenders. Delicious, better quality, AND better value than Pampa. GO!!!! You will not be disappointed!
