I visited on 6th April 2022. The place was very clean and organized. All staff and particularly that girl who offered me Strawberry Coconut Refreshment was awesome and polite too. Such a wonderful experience it was with Starbucks. Honestly, it's impossible to beat the taste of starbucks coffee..😉☕️

The staff are pretty nice at this location, we are often disappointed with the lack of customer service. This store frequently makes our simple drinks incorrectly. At our last visit, our green tea frap was made incorrectly again. When we finally said something this time, the staff just said, sorry we can't fix it and gave it to another customer at no charge. No offer to make it again correctly for us, no offer to do anything about it.

Oh my goodness.
I cannot believe the service I got from Tyra. Sometimes people won’t go above and beyond but she truly did. There are a few Starbucks I have been to where it feels just like an in and out experience. However, at Century Park Starbucks, Tyra took the time to make it feel welcoming and amazing. To top it off, she killed it on my order! Best tasting matcha I have ever had!

This location is closest to my house so I am here far too often now it seems. I absolutely LOVE the staff at this location, and Fadema (I probably spelled that wrong, apologies) is so pleasant. She said that she works at this location, although further from her house, because she loves her coworkers also, so that says a lot. Will obviously be back!

The door to this Starbucks has been broken for a while now. It stays open, rain, snow, windy and whatever else. Makes it very unpleasant to sit inside and enjoy your drink at this location.

I go to this Starbucks specifically for the amazing customer service we receive everytime we go there from employees like Tyra. She goes out of her way everytime I visit this location and gives service that is personalized and kind. Please do whatever you can to keep this employee as she is the glue that keeps this Starbucks such a great place to go!!
