Very bad pizza. Literally found a hair in pizza. When called the management, they denied, and hang up the phone twice. No refund, no new pizza no sense of customer service at all.!

I love the Pizza here. Always prefer this place. But the customer service last night was worst ever. The lady was shouting to others on the phone while taking my order. She spoke so rudely and even got the order wrong. It was veggie pizza with pineapple and without olives, but we got it with olives and without pineapple. She got the card number wrong and blamed me that I gave the wrong card number and was frustrated to get the card number again. I hope that they will pay attention to the customer service as well.

Ordered pizza from here about a month ago, there was HAIR IN THE PIZZA! Called them right that second to let them know politely as we have been their regular customers for over 5 years and the lady spoke so rudely and stated we "swore" at her which we did not. Then we went in to the store and asked for a refund; took the pizza back as well and they got really mad and said we are making them look bad infront of other customers where as all we did was ask for a refund! Do not recommend this place to anyone.

Nothing special here. Ordered tandoori chicken. They use ground chicken and not real chunks of meat. Such a disappointment. Service was horrible. Lady who seemed like owner was rude and no lack of customer service skills overall.

Tried their vegetarian Shahi Paneer Pizza for the first time. Level of spice and time the pizza was prepared in was great. Oh, it was so good!
