Very tasty fresh and filling! This spot is in my top 3 for Chinese food in west Edmonton! it’s not anything fancy the food just taste good like a home cooked meal. Bright open Clean and Friendly staff.

Ordered from skip the dishes. Here’s what I got :
-Ginger beef: didn’t taste like ginger, it was just soggy and gross
-Shrimp with special sweet and sour sauce: sweet and sour sauce not good, tastes like artificial, and the shrimp is just a shrimp inside fried bread
-Veg with cashews: it was ok, but my throat sort of hurts after eating it.
-Egg roll: was okay
I’m disappointed because I was looking forward to eating some delicious Chinese food. This killed my appetite, the only thing I was able to eat was the vegetables. This is really close to my house, and I really wanted to like this place.
Skip the dishes was really great when working with me on this, and refunded the ginger beef and the shrimp. They didn't refund the vegetables, since my boyfriend and I ate half of it. They were fair, and I would continue to order from them. This is the only complaint I've made with skip the dishes, and I order once or twice a month from them. I've been ordering for about a year now from different restaurants in the city.

I ordered this food tonight as planned for my son's birthday party. That's the only thing he wanted for his birthday and I ordered through just eat and the restaurant won't answer the phone but it says they are open. So my $100 Is now gone for a few business days which makes me angry and now my son's birthday is ruined. Thanks a lot western charm !!! You lost a loyal customer!

Ordered from this place last night. Hands down, the worst Chinese food we have ever had. I am a consultant specializing in restaurant start up and turn around and also a Chef. The food, and I use the term loosly, couldn't have been due to just a bad night for them. ANY cook that would serve up absolute slop like this should get a new career. Just a bit of free advise, order from ANY other restaurant than this dump, and you will be better off.
Absolutely discusting. It is beyond me how a place like this can stay in business. Owners must have deep pockets. They won't be around long.

Very dissapointed in the Cantonese chowmein. 4:1 beensprouts:noodle ratio and overcooked. Disgusting. The entire order was overcooked, but it tasted good. We also didn't know the spring roles weren't vegetarian since the menu didn't specify and we don't care for the meat kind. Probably won't order from here again.

Screwed up my order on skip the dishes they argued and argued that the order I got was correct. I've ordered from these guys so many times and get the same thing every time. They are trying to tell me that their szechuan beef is the same as sweet and sour pork.
This company doesn't care about making their customers happy. I've spent hundreds at this location over the year. My entire company wont order from you guys again. Wouldn't refund or re-order I got 5 bucks from skip the dishes refunded which is nothing. Will be going to Rice pot instead.

I enjoyed my meal tonight, the wonton soup was excellent, probably the best ive had actually! The combo #2 was filling, could have used 1 extra chicken ball instead of the extra ribs, but delicious none the less.
Could have used larger drinking glasses for water, felt like I was drinking from a childs cup.
I will be back again for sure!

We have had take out from here four times and each time it has been great! Friendly staff and the food is ready for pick up quickly. A very reasonable priced menu.

I am from out of town and was craving Chinese food and I came across this place. Wow it was good the biggest egg roll I have ever had, you can tell they were made fresh! I also had the wonton soup it was average, the chow mien was good and also the ginger beef was good. Super quick delivery also! Thank you! Try this place I think you will like it.

Like home. This place like past have said does not look like the best place in the world, but the staff and the food are incredable! They treat you like you are one of the family and serve you some amazing food at the same time. My family favorites are Veal Cutlets, Steak Sandwhich and the burgers! Also of course great chinese food!

If you judge by apperance you won't go in. Do so anyway. Nothing fancy about it but food is good. Try schezhaun chicken it's way better than you would expect.
