Our server was almost ready to turn us away, we were a family of 5 and he wanted not to accommodate us. He did, and we got two booths in the back. We went for a 10:00 am breakfast.
We waited ten minutes before getting our drink and meal order, and during the meal we never seen him until near the end to refill the long empty drinks. Finally he disputed our right to charge the meal to the room, hotel staff had to step in and get it done.

I'll start with the good, the restaurant was clean and the customer service was really good, very nice guy and was quick to refill our coffee. Eggs and potatoes were good, but the chicken tasted old and the sausage was not good at all. Pancakes were dry and it was a little pricy for what you're getting. Wouldn't come again unless they got better quality ingredients, just tasted cheap and wasn't fresh at all, considering you're paying 16$ for breakfast it's not very good.

We went to Smitty's because we were driving by and I was craving bacon. The restaurant was empty, so it was no surprise that the service was very fast. Our server was wonderful. He accidentally brought me a hot chocolate instead of a cold milk and immediately replaced it and didn't charge for my drink. The food was hot and good, the bacon crispy. This location far exceeded oit expectations.

We came to the restaurant tonight and the server was pleasant, attentive, and fast. Food portions were large and hot. The cook was very funny and polite! She came to the table and asked how our meal was which was great. We will be back. After a long day of shopping, this place was amazing!

The food is good, the restaurant is clean and has lots of natural light. The service was poor most of the times I'd been there though. The server was very nice when she came by but unfortunately that wasn't too often. A big attraction was the weekend brunch buffet which has sadly been discontinued.

Working within walking distance, this has been a go-to on many occasions. The food is great. The only thing I don't love is the speed of service. From walking in and waiting for a table, waiting to take the order, waiting for food and then waiting for the bill and to pay, it takes way longer than necessary. On many occasions I had to peak into the kitchen or find a staff after waiting and needing to leave. Our staff had to stop going during work because of this. I recommend ordering ahead if you're in a time crunch.

Awful experience here yesterday for brunch. The service was awful, while we had patience at the beginning as it was clear they were short-staffed and busy, the restaurant eventually cleared out and service did not improve at all. Had to ask 4 times for a round of waters, one of the food orders was not rung in and someone had to wait for his food while we all had ours already (no comp was done for this inconvenience), and the food was absolutely disgusting. The quesadilla that was ordered by one person from our group had all the toppings on the outside of the tortilla.... not on the inside which was extremely strange, looked very unappetizing and once tasted the tortilla was soggy. I had one bite of the bacon cheese burger and spit it out into a napkin - the burger was not fully cooked, simply seared on the outside and cold on the inside. Nothing we received was good, food nor service. Not to mention the restaurant was dirty - dishes and glasses everywhere. Will not be back to this location.
