For those of you on the fence about the shrimp on a pizza all I can tell you is sometimes you gotta go for it!! If you never try the answer will always be a no!!

One again exceptional service from Boston Pizza. We had a friendly server; Carley. We tried Thai shrimp bites, these were sweet & spicy (spicier than I thought), Cactus cuts were very thin fried slices of potato with crispier edges and soft centre, and Chocolate Explosion cake was rich in taste, totally for chocoholics.

Good food!...but is not fare that only one girl served at the bar and the same to the tables. She's so valuable but seems like this place is taking advantage from her doing to much work for the same salary. I thought that was only happening in other countries but not in Canadá, and this is not the first time I see this. Please, somebody do something. Treat well and fare to the employees.

Came to Boston on gateway after my grandsons grad, everyone was starving and nothing was open except Boston. Even though they were cleaning up when we arrived because they were also closing soon, the servers were amazing and welcomed us anyway. The service was great and fast and the food was consistent. After us the place just kept filling up and we felt bad for the servers. They were so gracious and friendly and didn't make anyone feel bad for coming in late. I tipped very well for that and I hope all the other late comers did as well.

I don't typically write reviews but I just wanted to spread some positivity during these crazy times we live in, as I feel like there's not enough of it going around these days. This was our first time at this location, we came tonight for a quick round of drinks and some wings. We had Jasvine as our server, and felt very taken care of by her. Her upbeat personality and friendliness made our visit enjoyable. I hope she receives the recognition she deserves!! We'll be back again!

The info says it closes at midnight. I called at 11:00 pm. My first question was "am I too late to receive delivery?" Waitress said " depends where to." I said im less than 1 km away. She took all my info then told me "oh the kitchen closes in 4 minutes and delivery stops half hour prior". Well why did she waste all my time? Then she said this other location closes at 2am do you want to pick it up from there?" I said NO I didn't want to drive all over the place, and hung up. I originally called for delivery why would I want to drive across the city on a Saturday night at that time? Not happy, and this waitress made no sense!
UPDATE:
We recently placed an order and got it super fast! Food and service was great!
