Staff was unorganized when taking orders. Our main waitress ignored us. We were taken care of by a different waiter. Who seemed to be the only person doing any work. Our coffee had grinds in it. My food came out cold. Food was bland/tasteless. I do not recommend this restaurant unless you want to wait around forever for cold food.

Good standard, child friendly restaurant. Our waitress was quite personable and great with the kids. Food was OK. It was under seasoned, but edible. Prices are fare and restaurant is clean. I would return when looking for a place to go with children.

Went here for a quick bite to eat , wasn’t busy so I wasn’t expecting bad service. However that was not the case. Not only was our waitress around the corner on her phone for most of the time, there was also hair in the food and when it came time to pay we asked to speak to management about the issue , the manager came over and argued with us about how we didn’t need to get the food taken off the bill because they brought out a new plate , however was going to offer us a discount, so we agreed and then never received a discount. If I could give zero stars I would.

I ordered bacin and eggs and the Food came out too fast and tasted like butter or oil. The pancakes were delicious but the servers never came around to refill our drinks.

Our servers name was Carol. She was the most polite and bubbly server I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Even though the restaurant was not overly busy but did have some other customers she was still attentive and took care of our group of 4 professionally. Flew all the way from Ontario to Edmonton for a visit and am tempted to fly back again just to enjoy her hospitality.

quality of food is usually good but today was not. I paid 17.99 for a crispy chicken and creamy mac n cheese that looked like it came from the microwave. there was a piece of plastic in my babys mac n cheese from w.e package it came out of. normally I enjoy my visit but today was awful especially for that price of an entrée...

Food was great. Staff are polite and they are pretty quick. Food is always fresh. Prices are generally good for as far as restaurant food goes. They have great promos if you sign up for their newsletter.
