This is closest to home made burger you are gonna get minus the grease. Soooo filling I can barely get through a burger and fries. No airy little bun - a decent portion of meat and topping. You couldn’t ask for more. Onion rings okay but not my favourite. Milkshakes made to order!! And if you haven’t tried their chicken tenders you should - moist crispy strips that don’t taste or look factory processed served with a standard honey mustard sauce.
My first Fatburger was experienced here.

Fatburgers burgers are the best in town. The put Mcdonalds, Wendy's and all other joints to shame. Worth the extra couple of bucks!

I remember going to this place about 5 years ago when it first opened, and it was great. Went back last week, still the same great food, I had the cheesesteak, yum! American cheese and extra Mayo. Edmonton is the donair capital of the world, which might explain why you can find a real cheese steak here, but fatburger makes a good one.
I went to this restaurant earlier this week and the whole staff was amazing. They completely went out of their way to ensure we had a great experience. I had two kids with me and they let them pick out a ton of toys and even gave my son a free shake. The food was amazing as always and they even checked back with us a few times to ensure we were pleased with everything. I definitely will continue to give them my business!
I'm patiently waiting for thwarting Spruce Grove location to open because this one is great. I had the Turkey burger with the works and onion rings. My only complaint would be its a bit pricey so I wouldn't go everyday.
Had a groupon so went for a late lunch around 2 pm. Place was PACKED but managed to find a table. The service and meal was excellent and I'll definitely be back for another Cajun chicken burger - so good.

Really good. I've eaten here twice and really enjoyed it. The burgers are made to order, you choose all of your toppings and they use real cheese, not the plastic slices. I get the baby fat burger which is the size of a regular burger anywhere else. I noticed a lot of complaints on this website about the prices at Fat Burger, I'm not sure where you could have a better burger, fries and a drink for the price.

Burgers are good. But the Hawaiian burger is the best ever and it sucks it's seasonal. Or should I say theme of the month. Too bad they didn't have their themes on their website.

Tasty Tasty Tasty. Are some of you kidding me???? McDonalds, Harveys, Burger Baron??? These burgers are fresh beef not some preformed hockey puck. I had a Harveys burger and a King Supreme at FB this week and there is NO COMPARISON. My wife had the Cajun Chicken burger and it was superb. It was not some ground chicken premade pre-formed tasteless patty. It was one heck of a large, juicy spicy FRESH chicken breast. Get off t he koolaid and wake up. I will agree that it definately competes with Red Robin, but I think it better.
Like it. I love this place. Nothing like a good greasy burger once in a while. Like the size of them and the milkshakes are great.

OMG!!!. Fatburger is the only place to ever get burgers... love the food the yelling the atmosphere. Great for a date, family outing or a fun shopping day with friends. South Common is the best cause when your done your burger (with egg bacon and cheese :) ) you take your amazing milkshake and walk (or run and dance) around ikea to rid yourself of the guilt you feel from eating that wonderfully amazing burger and drinking that mouth watering milkshake :)
Love these burgers!! They are bursting with flavour and quality! I reccomend this very highly, even though your wallet might not like it too much.
Delicious. The price is a bit more than I'd enjoy but they are best burgers in Edmonton hands down. Throw some egg and bacon (which you have to pay extra for-gay) in there and my day is officially made!
Awesome. We were first introduced to Fatburgers in Las Vegas. The one in Edmonton is just as good. We love fresh made burgers, and these are the best. The place is clean and the staff are great, eat there often now and have never been disappointed.
Too much!. Food tastes great - very greasy, rich, and everything else that makes junk food good. Waaaay over priced though. I like it a lot but probably won't go back because of this.

4/5 for Fatburger. Doesn't this sound like exactly the kind of place that me and my cholestrol should go? I just like to try every place at least once...
It's actually a really cute place, because it's totally 50's diner style. There's even a jukebox. We easily found ourselves a booth to sit at, but getting food was a little more of a challenge - the ordering line is constantly lined up out the door!
The deal is, you have to go up to the counter to order. Then they give you a number and you can go sit down. They bring the food to your table as well.
All of the burgers have the word "fat" in their names, which makes you wonder why you're even eating there. Ha ha.
I decided to go with the Turkeyburger (6.29$) made with lean ground turkey. It also comes on a whole wheat bun. So there you go! In a place called "FAT" I was still able to eat *somewhat* healthfully. The burgers come with mustard, relish, onions, pickles, tomato, lettuce and mayo on them, but I asked for no onions.
This is when that whole "health" speech goes to crap... I also added on cheese (.99) and a fried egg (.99). Screw you, it was delicious.
I also had an order of Chili Cheese Fries (4.50$).
The burger was really good, and comes all wrapped up the same way that Red Robin does it. However... As far as burgers go... I think that Red Robin still holds the best burger in Edmonton award.
The fries were nice because they had real cheddar cheese on them, not processed.
I didn't order a milkshake, but next time I definately will. They looked really amazing.
All in all, it was a really fun time, with GREAT company... And I discovered that soda water is disgusting.

Excellent food as always.. usually I eat their curly fries with garlic seasoning. Thought of trying a fries, it’s fresh & tempting. They do have excellent veggie burger. I have tried it with different sauces always. This time tried with their spiciest coco sauce. It’s extremely spicy & very watery. I would not recommend the spicy coco sauce.
Would have given 5 if they got my order right haha but still very pleased to see see vegan options! First time I ate here and tried an impossible burger, very good besides adding mayo when I asked for none 🤢 scraped it and the lettuce off though and it was still enjoyable!Honestly just happy they have veggie burger choices . Love this Fatburger location! The food is delicious and always consistent, the staff are very friendly, and it is very clean! It is $$ but you definitely get your money's worth! You come in, order, sit down at a table with your number, and they bring out your food the your table. They have amazing burgers but also an amazing breakfast! 😊

Stopped in for lunch and tried out the winter bacon and cheese special, in fat size. Staff were extremely friendly and happy, and best of all, did not make any assumptions regarding the fact I was wearing sunglasses, and instead ASKED if I was going to be staying in, which was a rather nice surprise! Most places assume you'll be taking your food to go, but I have to wear sunglasses due to being photosensitive so it was a rather welcome surprise for the staff to have their question leaning towards staying in ^_^
It's also nice to eat at a place where you're notified of approximately how long it would take (I was told 6-8 minutes when ordering, and received my food after 7), but to also have it brought to your table. This seems to be something that doesn't happen at too many places anymore, and it's a welcome treat.
Burger was oh so wonderful, tasty, as well as nice and juicy (but not overwhelmingly so, just enough to add to the flavour without being messy). About halfway through my meal the staff checked in to see how my meal was, which was also rather nice.
Just one word for this place. wow. Love their both vegetarian n non vegetarian options. So good. And their combo meals are so worth the money. Love the curly fries. And the seasonings they have to offer.
I ordered a 1/3 pound cheeseburger, fries and a chocolate milkshake through skip the dishes for pickup. I left my house right after ordering, drove 9 mins to fat burger and my order was ready to go. Everything I ordered was in the bags. Quick, friendly service. The burger was great bit only had one slice of the end of a tomato. I added extra ketchup because I like extra sauce. The milkshake was delicious. The fries were fine but nothing special. Total cost was $22.

Cozy place and Great welcoming staff, lots of choices on the Menu, I would prefer if they add kids chicken Burger into there Kids meal kids gonna be more happy . Food was Delicious and served quickly right into our table. Great service.
